吃我肉、喝我血的人就有永生，并且在末日我要使他复活。我的肉是真正可吃的；我的血是真正可喝的。 Whoever feeds on MY flesh and drinks MY blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. For MY flesh is true food, and MY blood is true drink.
吃我肉、喝我血的人常在我里面，我也常在他里面。永生的父怎样差我来，我又怎样因父活着，照样，吃我肉的人也要因我活着。 Whoever feeds on MY flesh and drinks MY blood abides in me, and I in him. As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so whoever feeds on me, he also will live because of me.

Remember to ask YAHUVEH to bless the grape juice or wine and the bread before you do communion.

3. The words we say are never the same.

6.不要设立圣餐的固定时间，你只要发自内心表达你对挚爱的亚呼赎阿的感情就好。6. Don't limit yourself to a set time schedule. Just express your feelings about your beloved YAHUSHUA and allow your grateful heart to speak forth.
要记得若不是亚呼赎阿自愿为我们牺牲祂的性命、又从死地复活的话，我们没有人会得救，撒但会拥有我们所有人的灵魂，我们最终的家会是地狱！。Remember none of us would be saved and satan would possess all of our souls and our next home would be hell if YAHUSHUA had not been willing to lay down his life and blood for us and arose again from the dead!
当你与你所爱的人亲热时，你是不设固定时间的。
When you are spiritually Intimate with a beloved you do not set a clock.

我们将小滴的膏油首先放在指上，然后将它放在你使用的饼或饼干上。We put a tiny drop of anointing oil on our finger and put it on the bread or cracker whatever you use.

亚呼赎阿会愿意与那些爱祂、将祂置于他们生命首爱、且为了亚呼赎阿将一切事物放在牺牲祭坛上的那些人分享奥秘，因为亚呼赎阿和祂启示录14章的新娘分享奥秘。and YAHUSHUA shares HIS secrets with those who love HIM and put HIM first in their life, love and be willing to lay everything on the alter of sacrifice for YAHUSHUA shares HIS secrets with HIS Bride. Rev.14.
