开始于2021年5月16日日落到17日落结束。

Pentecost/Shavuot begins evening Sunday May 16, 2021 and ends the following evening. 将其延长24小时到下一个日落是犹太传统的一部分。Extending it another day, 24 hours to the following sundown is part of the Jewish tradition.

在圣经时代,在尼散月16日早晨(尼散月15日逾越节的大圣日之后的早晨),In Biblical times, on the morning of 16 Nisan (the morning after the Passover high shabbat of 15 Nisan), 人们摇一摇一捆/一俄梅珥初熟的大麦庄稼(Reshit Katsir字面意思是收获庄稼的开始),将其与作为燔祭的一只公绵羊羔一起献上,the sheaf/omer of the firstfruits of the barley harvest (Reshit Katsir literally Start of the Harvest) was waved and offered along with a male lamb as a burnt offering, 并献上无酵饼、油和酒(利未记23:9-16)。这也开始了Sefirat HaOmer(数算俄梅珥),数算7周直到沙夫幼特节(五旬节/圣灵降临节)。and unleavened bread, oil and wine (Lv 23:9-16). This also starts the Sefirat HaOmer, Counting of the Omer, counting 7 weeks to Shavu'ot/Pentecost.


在现代,犹太人的传统是在从傍晚开始的犹太日开始时开始数算(俄梅珥)的,In modern times, the Jewish tradition is to start the counting at the start of the Jewish day, 也就是说,我们在尼散月15日结束,16日开始的傍晚,开始数算俄梅珥。which starts in the evening—in otherwords, we begin the counting of the omer in the evening as 15 Nisan ends, and 16 Nisan begins. 如果你错过了一个数算俄梅珥的夜晚,你总是可以在第二天早上,或者在下一个犹太日开始之前数算俄梅珥。If you miss a night of counting, you can always do it the following morning, or before the next Jewish day begins.

All Jewish calendar dates begin in the evening of that day.


“俄梅珥”字面上的意思是“禾捆”,如一捆大麦或小麦。妥拉告诉我们要数算俄梅珥(利未记23:15-16),The word omer literally means “sheaf,” as in a sheaf of barley or wheat. The Torah tells us to count the omer (Leviticus 23:15-16), 在这种情况下,数算俄梅珥的日子正是从逾越节之后开始收割谷物的日子到五旬节的收割高峰的日子。in this case the days from when the grain harvest began right after the Passover until the height of the harvest at Shavu’ot.


在逾越节,亚哈威将犹太人从埃及地的为奴生活释放了出来,而在沙夫幼特节(五旬节),亚哈威赐给了他们妥拉。At Passover YAH freed the Jewish people from a life of slavery in Egypt, and at Shavu’ot YAH gave them the Torah. 在逾越节,亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克(耶稣基督)流出了祂的宝血,并因我们的罪而死去。祂死了,并且三天之后复活了,多次向祂的门徒们显现。At Passover YAHUSHUA [JESUS CHRIST] shed HIS BLOOD and died for our sins. HE died and arose three days later, made many appearances to HIS disciples.


徒1:3 祂(亚呼赎阿)受害之后,用许多的凭据将自己活活地显给使徒看,四十天之久向他们显现,讲说神国的事。


祂在第40天升天之前,吩咐门徒们留在那间楼房等候如阿克.哈.古德西(圣灵)降临。这是一个省察他们自己的时刻。Before HE ascended on the 40th day told HIS disciples to tarry and wait in the Upper Room for the RUACH HA KODESH [HOLY SPIRIT] to descend. This was a time to examine themselves.


徒1:4-5亚呼赎阿和他们聚集的时候,嘱咐他们说:“不要离开耶路撒冷,要等候父亚哈威所应许的,就是你们听见我说过的。5约翰是用水施洗,但不多几日,你们要受如阿克.哈.古德西的洗。”


在第50天的沙夫幼特节那天,他们受了如阿克.哈.古德西(圣灵)的洗,并领受了说方言的恩赐(使徒行传第2章)On the 50th day, the Day of Pentecost, they received the Baptism of the RUACH HA KODESH [HOLY SPIRIT] and received the gift of Holy tongues [Acts 2].


徒2:1沙夫幼特节(五旬节)到了,门徒都聚集在一处。2忽然,从天上有响声下来,好像一阵大风吹过,充满了他们所坐的屋子,3又有舌头如火焰显现出来,分开落在他们各人头上。4他们就都被如阿克.哈.古德西充满,按着如阿克.哈.古德西所赐的口才说起别国的话来。


作为弥赛亚信徒,我们应该每天都想着亚呼赎阿。数算俄梅珥是一个重新思考与亚呼赎阿间的关系的时候,也是我们为五旬节预备好我们的心的时候。As Messianic Believers our thoughts should be on YAHUSHUA daily and the counting of the omer is a time to reflect on our relationship with HIM and prepare our hearts for Feast of Shavuot.


亚呼赎阿是这个事工凡事上的中心,我们唯一的渴望就是给祂带来荣耀。YAHUSHUA is the CENTER of all we do in this Ministry and our only desire is to bring GLORY to HIM.

数算俄梅珥直到五旬节Counting of the Omar to Shavuot


当数算俄梅珥开始,直到沙夫幼特节(五旬节,圣灵降临节),这是一个省察我们自己的时刻……亚呼赎阿告诉门徒们在耶路撒冷等候如阿克.哈.古德西。As the counting of the Omer begins till Shavuot (Pentecost), it is a time to Exam Ourselves....YAHUSHUA told the disciples to wait in Jerusalem for the RUACH HA KODESH. 在这段等待的时间里,他们不是只闲坐在那里掰着他们的拇指,他们在数算俄梅珥,During this waiting time, they were not just sitting around twiddling their thumbs, they were counting the Omer, 省察自己的生命,以准备在五旬节领受亚呼赎阿所应许他们会来的如阿克.哈.古德西的礼物。examining their lives in preparation to receiving the gift of the RUACH HA KODESH on Shavuot that YAHUSHUA promised them would come.

17 The Spirit of Truth, Whom the world cannot receive (welcome, take to its heart), because the world does not see HER or know and recognize HER. But you know and recognize HER, for SHE lives with you [constantly] and will be in you.


使徒行传1:1-11Acts 1:1-11

1提阿非罗啊,我已经作了前书,论到亚呼赎阿开头一切所行所教训的,止。

1 1 Dear Theophilos: In the first book, I wrote about everything YAHUSHUA set out to do and teach,

2直到祂借着如阿克.哈.古德西吩咐所拣选的使徒,以后被接上升的日子为2 until the day when, after giving instructions through the RUACH HA KODESH to the emissaries whom HE had chosen, HE was taken up into heaven.

3祂受害之后,用许多的凭据将自己活活地显给使徒看,四十天之久向他们显现,讲说神国的事。3 After HIS death HE showed himself to them and gave many convincing proofs that HE was alive. During a period of forty days they saw HIM, and HE spoke with them about the Kingdom of GOD.

4亚呼赎阿和他们聚集的时候,嘱咐他们说:「不要离开耶路撒冷,要等候父亚哈威所应许的,就是你们听见我说过的。4 At one of these gatherings, HE instructed them not to leave Yerushalayim but to wait for "what the FATER promised, which you heard about from me.

5约翰是用水施洗,但不多几日,你们要受如阿克.哈.古德西的洗。」

5 For Yochanan (John) used to immerse people in water; but in a few days, you will be immersed in the "RUACH HA KODESH ”

6他们聚集的时候,问亚呼赎阿说:「主亚呼赎阿啊,祢复兴以色列国就在这时候吗?」6 When they were together, they asked him, "LORD, are YOU at this time going to restore self- rule to Israel?"

7亚呼赎阿对他们说:「父亚哈威凭着自己的权柄所定的时候、日期,不是你们可以知道的。7 HE answered, "You don't need to know the dates or the times; the FATHER has kept these under HIS own authority.

8但如阿克.哈.古德西降临在你们身上,你们就必得着能力,并要在耶路撒冷、犹太全地,和撒马利亚,直到地极,作我的见证。」8 But you will receive power when the RUACH HA KODESH comes upon you; you will be MY witnesses both in Yerushalayim and in all Y’judah and Shomron, indeed to the ends of the earth!”

9说了这话,他们正看的时候,祂就被取上升,有一朵云彩把祂接去,便看不见祂了。9 After saying this, YAHUSHUA was taken up before their eyes; and a cloud hid him from their sight.

10当祂往上去,他们定睛望天的时候,忽然有两个人身穿白衣,站在旁边,说:10 As they were staring into the sky after HIM, suddenly they saw two men dressed in white standing next to them.

11「加利利人哪,你们为什么站着望天呢?这离开你们被接升天的亚呼赎阿,你们见祂怎样往天上去,祂还要怎样来。」11 The men said, "You Galileans! Why are you standing, staring into space? This YAHUSHUA, who has been taken away from you into heaven, will come back to you in just the same way as you saw him go into heaven.


以色列人出埃及之后,过了四十九天,才在西奈山领受十诫。After the Children of Israel left Egypt, 49 days passed before they received the Ten Commandments at Mount Sinai. 传统教导我们,这些日子的每一天都是使以色列子民被炼净和配得上这份礼物所必需的。Tradition teaches that each of these days was necessary for the Children of Israel to refine themselves and be worthy of this gift.在每一天,他们都省察并纠正自己的另一个内在特质和品性。总共有49个内在特质和品性需要纠正。 On each day they examined and corrected another of their inner traits and qualities. There were 49 in all.


这49个特质由7个基本属性组成。七个基本属性中的每一个又包含了所有的另外七个特质,由此共包含了四十九个特质。These forty nine traits were comprised of seven basic attributes. Each of the seven contained all of the other seven, thus comprising forty nine.


犹太人的资料告诉我们,人的灵魂包括这七个基本属性:Jewish sources tell us that the soul of man includes these seven Basic Attributes:

第1种属性:爱/仁慈(Chessed)

第2种属性:活力/管教(自律)(Gevurah)

第3种属性:美/和谐/同情(Tiferet)

  • Love/Kindness (Chessed)

  • Vigor/Discipline (Gevurah)

  • Beauty/Harmony/Compassion (Tiferet)

  • 第4种属性:得胜/忍耐/决心(Netzach)

  • 第5种属性:谦卑/忠心(奉献)(Hod)

  • 第6种属性:根基/密切关系/联结(Yesod)

  • 第7种属性:威严/尊严(Malchut)

  • Victory/Endurance/Determination (Netzach) * Humility/Devotion (Hod)

  • Foundation/Bonding/Connection (Yesod)

  • Majesty/Dignity (Malchut)

当我们遵行数算从逾越节到沙夫幼特节的这些日子和周的诫命时,As we fulfill the mitzvah of counting the days and weeks from Passover to Shavuot, 这七周中的每一周都专注于一个不同的属性——一周是专注于仁慈,另一周是自律/管教(自律),另一周是同情等等。each of the seven weeks is devoted to a different attribute -- one week for Kindness, another week for Discipline, another for Compassion, etc. 在每一周7天的每一天,我们都炼净这周的属性的另外七个方面。On each of the seven days of the week we refine another of the seven aspects of the week's attribute.


例如,在专注于仁慈的一周中,我们将有一天专注于炼净需要自律的仁慈的那一面,另一天则专注于炼净需要同情的仁慈的那一面,以此类推。For example, on the week devoted to kindness we will devote one day to refining that aspect of kindness that requires discipline and another day to refining that aspect of kindness that requires compassion, and so forth. 在我们炼净美的一周中,我们花一天时间来炼净需要尊严的美的那一面,花另一天时间炼净需要谦卑的美的那一面,直到我们炼净了美的所有七个方面。During the week we are refining beauty, we spend one day refining that aspect of beauty that requires dignity and another day on that aspect of beauty that requires humility, until we have refined all seven aspects of beauty.


归根结底,所有的性格特质都来源于这七个基本属性的联合。每一种品性都不断地与其它品性相互作用,这样一来就有能力修正其表达和影响。Ultimately, all character traits derive from combinations of these seven basic ones. Each quality continually interacts with the others, and in so doing has the capacity to modify its expression and effect. 整体而言,一种性格特质必须包含所有七个基本属性;哪怕是七个基本属性中的任何一个缺失或过多都会使其变质,在某些情况下还会造成损害。例如,仅仅轻微过度的自律就很容易变得残酷。To be whole, a character trait must incorporate all seven; a lack or overabundance of even one of the seven renders it corrupt and, in some cases, damaging. Discipline, for example, can easily become cruelty with but a slight exaggeration.


上面所说的美德也见于新约,同样这些美德在彼得前书、加拉太书和哥林多前书中都有同样的记载。The Virtures spoken about above are also found in the Brit HaDasha, these same virtues were spoken about in 1 Peter and Galatians and 1 Corinthians 13


加拉太书5:22-26

22如阿克.哈.古德西所结的果子,就是仁爱、喜乐、和平、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信实、23温柔、节制。这样的事没有律法禁止。Galatians 5:22-26

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 humility, self control. Nothing in the Torah stands against such things.

24凡属亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克的人,是已经把肉体连肉体的邪情私欲同钉在十字架上了。24 Moreover, those who belong to the Messiah YAHUSHUA have put their old nature to death on the stake, along with its passions and desires. 25我们若是靠如阿克.哈.古德西得生,就当靠如阿克.哈.古德西行事。26不要贪图虚名,彼此惹气,互相嫉妒。

25 Since it is through the Spirit that we have Life, let it also be through the Spirit that we order our lives day by day.

26 Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.


彼得后书1:1-11

1作亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克仆人和使徒的西门‧矶法写信给那因我们的神亚哈威和(有古卷没有和字)救主亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克之义、与我们同得一样宝贵信心的人。11 Peter 1:1-11

1 From: Shim'on Kefa, a slave and emissary of YAHUSHUA the Messiah To: Those who, through the righteousness of our God and of our Deliverer YAHUSHUA the Messiah, have been given the same kind of trust as ours:

2愿恩惠、平安,因你们认识神亚哈威和我们主亚呼赎阿,多多地加给你们。

2 May grace and shalom be yours in full measure, as you come to a full knowledge of God and YAHUSHUA our Lord. 3神亚哈威的神能已将一切关乎生命和虔敬的事赐给我们,皆因我们认识那用自己荣耀和美德召我们的主。3 God's power has given us everything we need for life and godliness, through our knowing the One who called us to his own glory and goodness.

4因此,祂已将又宝贵又极大的应许赐给我们,叫我们既脱离世上从情欲来的败坏,就得与神亚哈威的性情有分。4 By these he has given us valuable and superlatively great promises, so that through them you might come to share in God's nature and escape the corruption which evil desires have brought into the world. 5正因这缘故,你们要分外地殷勤;有了信心,又要加上德行;有了德行,又要加上知识;5 For this very reason, try your hardest to furnish your faith with goodness, goodness with knowledge,

6有了知识,又要加上节制;有了节制,又要加上忍耐;有了忍耐,又要加上虔敬;7有了虔敬,又要加上爱弟兄的心;有了爱弟兄的心,又要加上爱众人的心。6 knowledge with self-control, self-control with perseverance, perseverance with godliness, 7 godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love.

8你们若充充足足地有这几样,就必使你们在认识我们的主亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克上不至于闲懒不结果子了。8 For if you have these qualities in abundance, they keep you from being barren and unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord YAHUSHUA the Messiah. 9人若没有这几样,就是眼瞎,只看见近处的,忘了他旧日的罪已经得了洁净。9 Indeed, whoever lacks them is blind, so shortsighted that he forgets that his past sins have been washed away.

10所以弟兄们,应当更加殷勤,使你们所蒙的恩召和拣选坚定不移。你们若行这几样,就永不失脚;10 Therefore, brothers, try even harder to make your being called and chosen a certainty. For if you keep doing this, you will never stumble. 11这样,必叫你们丰丰富富地得以进入我们主-救主亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克永远的国。11 Thus you will be generously supplied with everything you need to enter the eternal Kingdom of our Lord and Deliverer, YAHUSHUA the Messiah.


哥林多前书13:4-8

4爱是恒久忍耐,又有恩慈;爱是不嫉妒;爱是不自夸,不张狂,5不做害羞的事,不求自己的益处,不轻易发怒,不计算人的恶,6不喜欢不义,只喜欢真理;7凡事包容,凡事相信,凡事盼望,凡事忍耐。8爱是永不止息。先知讲道之能终必归于无有;说方言之能终必停止;知识也终必归于无有。

哥林多前书13:4-8阐释

4爱是恒久忍耐,爱是忍耐,又有恩慈。爱是从不嫉妒,也不因嫉妒而失去理智,爱是不自夸,不虚荣,也不显出高傲。1 Corinthians 13:4-8

4 Love endures long and is patient and kind; love never is envious nor boils over with jealousy, is not boastful or vainglorious, does not display itself haughtily.

5爱是不张狂(不傲慢、不因骄傲而膨胀),不粗鲁(不没礼貌),不举止失态。爱(在我们里面的神的爱)并不坚持自己的权利或自己的方式,因为爱是不求自己的益处;爱是不轻易发怒、不烦躁,也不怨恨;爱是不计算人的恶(爱不在意所受的冤屈)。

5 It is not conceited (arrogant and inflated with pride); it is not rude (unmannerly) and does not act unbecomingly. Love (God's love in us) does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking; it is not touchy or fretful or resentful; it takes no account of the evil done to it [it pays no attention to a suffered wrong].

6爱是不喜欢不公正和不公义,但因公义和真理得胜而欢喜。6 It does not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness, but rejoices when right and truth prevail. 7爱在所发生的任何事和每件事中都能承受,总是准备相信每个人中最好的一面,爱的盼望在任何情况下都不会衰减,这盼望能经受住一切(并不会减弱)。

7 Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening].

8爱是永不止息(永不褪色、永不过时、永不终止)。至于预言(解释神的旨意和目的的恩赐,即先知讲道之能),8 Love never fails [never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end]. As for prophecy (the gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose),终必应验而归于无有;至于方言,终必被消灭而停止;至于知识,也终必归于无有(知识必失去其价值,被真理所取代)。 it will be fulfilled and pass away; as for tongues, they will be destroyed and cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away [it will lose its value and be superseded by truth]. 如阿克.哈.古德西/圣灵只会住在洁净的圣洁器皿里。这是我们需要自我省察和准备好自己被如阿克.哈.古德西充满或重新充满的时候。

The RUACH HA KODESH /The HOLY SPIRIT Will only reside in clean holy vessels. This is the time where we need to exam ourselves and prepare ourselves to be filled or refilled by the RUACH HA KODESH .


耶利米书18:2

2「你起来,下到窑匠的家里去,我在那里要使你听我的话。」3我就下到窑匠的家里去,正遇他转轮做器皿。Jer 18:2 -6


2 Arise, and go down to the potter's house, and there I will cause thee to hear my words.

3 Then I went down to the potter's house, and, behold, he wrought a work on the wheels.

4窑匠用泥做的器皿,在他手中做坏了,他又用这泥另做别的器皿;窑匠看怎样好,就怎样做。5亚哈威的话就临到我说:4 And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.

5 Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

6「亚哈威说:以色列家啊,我待你们,岂不能照这窑匠弄泥吗?以色列家啊,泥在窑匠的手中怎样,你们在我的手中也怎样。

6 O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the potter's hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel.


当门徒们在等候天父的应许,预备好要领受如阿克.哈.古德西的时候,When the talmidim were waiting for the promise of the father and preparing themselves to receive the RUACH HA KODESH , 他们也在预备好要在心里领受妥拉,正如以色列人在西奈山领受了妥拉一样。

they were also preparing themselves to receive the Torah in their hearts, just as the children of Israel received the Torah at Mt. Sinai. 他们正准备成为如阿克.哈.古德西的殿,并在他们的生命中领受弥赛亚的能力,来向世人见证弥赛亚的爱。

They were preparing to become Temples of the RUACH HA KODESH and receiving the power of Messiah in their lives to be witness to the World of Messiahs love.


亚哈威,祢是窑匠,我是泥土。为了祢的国,为了祢的荣耀,求祢将我模成荣耀的器皿,我奉亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克的圣名祷告。阿门!YAHUVEH , you are the potter I am the clay. Mold me into a vessel of honor for your kingdom and for your glory in YAHUSHUA’S name I pray. Amein


沙夫幼特节(五旬节,圣灵降临节)是摩西在西奈山上领受十诫的日子。如果你想得到更大的恩膏,那就在沙夫幼特节那天在楼上的房间里与亚呼赎阿相遇!

Pentecost is the day when Moses was given the Ten Commandments at Mount Sinai. If you want a greater anointing, then meet YAHUSHUA in the upper room on the Day of Pentecost!
