亚哈威我们的全能神，宇宙之王，是应当称颂的，祂以亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克（耶稣基督）的宝血拯救了我们，并使我们成圣，用祂的如阿克.哈.古德西（圣灵）充满我们，并命令我们数算俄梅珥。Blessed are YOU, YAHUVEH our ELOHIM, KING OF THE UNIVERSE, WHO has saved & sanctified us with YAHUSHUA'S [JESUS CHRIST] BLOOD, filled us with HIS RUACH HA KODESH [HOLY SPIRIT], and has commanded us to count the omer.
今天是俄梅珥第21天。是俄梅珥的3周。Today is twenty-one days, which is three weeks of the Omer. 满有恩典的亚，愿祂在我们的日子里，快快差遣亚呼赎阿回到我们这里，奉亚呼赎阿的圣名，阿们！YAH the MERCIFUL ONE, may HE send YAHUSHUA to return to us quickly in our days in YAHUSHUA’S NAME, AMEN!

约翰一书1 John 5:2 2我们若爱神亚哈威，又遵守祂的诫命，从此就知道我们爱神亚哈威的儿女。3我们遵守神亚哈威的诫命，这就是爱祂了，并且祂的诫命不是难守的。Here is how we know that we love YAH's children: when we love YAH, we also do what he commands
1Jn 5:3 For loving ELOHIM means obeying his commands. Moreover, his commands are not burdensome,
4因为凡从神亚哈威生的，就胜过世界；使我们胜了世界的，就是我们的信心。1Jn 5:4 because everything which has ELOHIM as its Father overcomes the world. And this is what victoriously overcomes the world: our trust.
5胜过世界的是谁呢？不是那信亚呼赎阿是神亚哈威儿子的吗？1Jn 5:5 Who does overcome the world if not the person who believes that YAHUSHUA is the Son of YAHUVEH We are living in dangerous times, but he has called us to live victoriously through it all.
现在我们必须比以往更加殷勤……

远离纷争Stay out of Strife
祷告、祷告，祷告Pray, Pray, Pray
节制并自守Be Sober and Vigilent
不要惧怕Do Not Fear
每天赞美敬拜祂Praise and Worship Him Daily
服从祂的妥拉（律法）Stay Obedient to His Torah
守安息日为圣日Keep the Sabbath Holy
因为神是圣洁的，你一切行事言谈也要是圣洁的。我们要怎么投靠在祂翅膀的底下呢？阅读诗篇第91篇。Be Holy as He Is Holy in all you say and do How to we abide under the shadow of His wings? read Psalm 91
我们必须持守信心并警醒不倦我们必须按祂显明的旨意过顺服的生活We must stand in Faith and perseveranceWe must live a life of obedience to His known will
我们必须过谦卑的生活，过无私的生活，在亚的爱中行走，在祂的谦卑中行走。我们必须将我们自己与世界并属世界的事物分别开来We must live a life of humility, a life of selflessness, a walk that walks in the love of YAH and in His humility We must divorce ourselves from the world and the things of the world。
