每天要说的祝福祷告：Each day, one says the blessing:
亚哈威我们的全能神，宇宙之王，是应当称颂的，祂以亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克（耶稣基督）的宝血拯救了我们，并使我们成圣，用祂的如阿克.哈.古德西（圣灵）充满我们，并命令我们数算俄梅珥。Blessed are YOU, YAHUVEH our ELOHIM, KING OF THE UNIVERSE, WHO has saved & sanctified us with YAHUSHUA'S [JESUS CHRIST] BLOOD, filled us with HIS RUACH HA KODESH [HOLY SPIRIT], and has commanded us to count the omer.
今天是俄梅珥第27天。是俄梅珥的3周6天。Today is twenty-seven days, which is three weeks and six days of the Omer.
满有恩典的亚，愿祂在我们的日子里，快快差遣亚呼赎阿回到我们这里，奉亚呼赎阿的圣名，阿们！YAH the MERCIFUL ONE, may HE send YAHUSHUA to return to us quickly in our days in YAHUSHUA’S NAME, AMEN!
这是我们时常的祷告：愿我们蒙阿爸亚哈威，亚呼赎阿和如阿克.哈.古德西，甜美的圣灵的喜悦，并且得着像以诺那样的见证。It is our constant prayer to be found pleasing to ABBA YAHUVEH, YAHUSHUA, and THE RUACH HA KODESH SWEET HOLY SPIRIT and to have a testimony unto Enoch. 以诺被活着提到天国去了，因为他被发现蒙阿爸亚哈威的喜悦。Enoch was taken up to Heaven alive because he was found pleasing unto ABBA YAHUVEH.
就像以诺被提去了天国，当我们等候亚呼赎阿回来接祂的新娘的时候，我们祷告自己算是配得成为亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克的新娘。Just like Enoch was taken to Heaven, we pray to be counted worthy to be a bride of YAHUSHUA ha MASHIACH as we wait for HIS return to take HIS bride. 愿祂发现我们准备好了，并且在热切地等候着，因为亚呼赎阿是来接毫无斑点，毫无皱褶的顺服的新娘。May HE find us ready and eagerly waiting as YAHUSHUA comes for an obedient bride with no spot or wrinkle.

谦卑之行The Walk of Humility
民数记Numbers 12:1-3
1摩西娶了古实女子为妻。米利暗和亚伦因他所娶的古实女子就毁谤他，说：1 And Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses because of the Kushite woman whom he had married; for he had married a Kushite woman.
2“难道亚哈威单与摩西说话，不也与我们说话吗？”这话亚哈威听见了。（3摩西为人极其谦和，胜过世上的众人。）2 And they said, Has YAHUVEH indeed spoken only by Moses? Has HE not spoken also by us? And YAHUVEH heard it. 3 And the man Moses was very ANaV (humble), more than any other men, which were upon the face of the earth.
箴言Proverbs 22:4
敬畏亚哈威心存谦卑，就得富有、尊荣、生命为赏赐。The reward of humility is the fear of YAHUVEH, even riches, and honour, and life.
谦卑有多伟大呢？太伟大了，以至于至圣者单独把它提出来颂扬赞美它！How great is humility? So great that the Holy One singles it out to glorify and praise it.
一个人无论在哪里找到至圣者的大能，他也就会找到祂的谦卑。这也在妥拉里被找到，在圣经的先知书里反复被写下，在妥拉里写道：Wherever one finds the might of the Holy One, he also finds HIS humility. This is found in the Torah and is repeated in the Prophets and repeated again in the Writings of the Bible, In the Torah it is written:

17因为亚哈威－你们的神－祂是万神之神，万主之主，至大的神，大有能力，大而可畏，不以貌取人，也不受贿赂。18祂为孤儿寡妇伸冤，又怜爱寄居的，赐给他衣食。19所以你们要怜爱寄居的，因为你们在埃及地也作过寄居的。20你要敬畏亚哈威－你的神，事奉祂，专靠祂，也要指着祂的名起誓。21祂是你所赞美的，是你的神，为你做了那大而可畏的事，是你亲眼所看见的。
先知书里写道：因为那至高至上、永远长存（原文是住在永远）名为亚如此说…（以赛亚书57:15）In the Prophets it is written: For YAH says High and exalted He dwells forever..." (Isaiah 57:15)
以赛亚书57:15
15因为那至高至上、永远长存（原文是住在永远）名为圣者的如此说：我住在至高至圣的所在，也与心灵痛悔谦卑的人同居；要使谦卑人的灵苏醒，也使痛悔人的心苏醒。
紧接着是“…要使谦卑人的灵苏醒，也使痛悔人的心苏醒…”This is immediately followed by "...and the downtrodden and dispirited will be revived..."
诗篇68:4-5
4你们当向神亚哈威唱诗，歌颂祂的名；为那坐车行过旷野的修平大路。祂的名是亚哈威，要在祂面前欢乐！神亚哈威在祂的圣所作孤儿的父，作寡妇的伸冤者。
在诗篇中写道：“…为那坐车行过旷野的修平大路；祂的名是亚哈威”（此句的原文旷野为云彩）In the Writings it is written: "...extol him who rides on the clouds; HIS name is YAHUVEH"
（诗篇68:5）接着写道：“…作孤儿的父，作寡妇的伸冤者…”(Psalms 68:5) which is followed by, "...father of orphans and judge to the widows..."
因此，一个人必须竭尽所能效仿他的创造主的品德，才能登上最高位仍坚持谦卑。这样他才有资格为神和世人喜爱。Thus a person has to imitate the qualities of his Creator with all his might, in order to ascend to the highest rung and cling to humility. This will entitle him to be loved by ELOHIM and people as well.
当一个人领会谦卑的品德，他就会使自己远离在人类中被找到的众多污秽，就会促进他达到圣洁、纯粹和节制的品质。When a person grasps on to the quality of humility, he will distance himself from much of the filth found in humanity, and he will hasten to the qualities of holiness, purity and abstinence.

再也没有比亚呼赎阿我们的玛西阿克更谦卑的人了，祂是成了肉身的亚哈威，祂如此的爱我们，以致心甘情愿代替我们，为我们而死。There was no more humble person then YAHUSHUA our MASHIACH, YAHUVEH In The Flesh who loved us so much that HE was willing to take our place and die for us!
我们要走跟随祂的脚步并负祂的轭（妥拉/训诲和指示）。我们生活在一个“高抬自我”取代谦卑行在神面前的世界里。We are to walk in His footsteps and take His yoke (Torah/Teaching and Instructions) upon ourselves. We live in a world where "self' promotion" has taken the place of walking humbly before ELOHIM.
我们的肉体想要“我”和“自己”被高举。我们想要人人都说我们是何等的美好，而实际上，我们的生命应该反映岀亚呼赎阿是何等的美好。Our flesh wants "I" and "Me" to be exalted. We want everyone say how wonderful we our, when in fact our life should reflect how wonderful YAHUVEH is.
我们已经变得傲慢自大骄傲，而亚呼赎阿呼召我们柔和谦卑。我们想要自己被高升且扬名，而亚呼赎阿说过唯有祂使人升高。We have become arrogant and proud and YAHUSHUA has called us to be gentle and humble. We want to be promoted and make a name for ourselves, when YAHUSHUA has said HE is the one who promotes. 我们想要高举我们自己，而这殊荣单单属于祂。我们想要存活，但祂已呼召我们向老我死。We want to exalt ourselves, when that priviledge only belongs to HIM. We want to live, but HE has called us to die to self.
不幸的是，我们当中的那些身为信徒的人绝大多数都犯了这罪。Unfortunately those of us who are a Believers are the most guilty of this.
我们都自我膨胀且充满骄傲。我们必须悔改！因为没有亚呼赎阿，我们就算不得什么！We have become puffed up and full of pride. We need to repent! Because without YAHUSHUA we are nothing!
当祂已呼召我们去行祂所行的道时，我们却变得骄傲起来，将其他人放在祂之前。We have become proud, when HE has called us to walk as HE walked, putting others before Himself.
约翰福音15:13人为朋友舍命，人的爱心没有比这个大的。John 15:13 No one has greater love than a person who lays down his life for his friends.
马太福音11:29我心里柔和谦卑，你们当负我的轭，学我的样式；这样，你们心里就必得享安息。Matthew 11:29 Take MY yoke upon you and learn from ME, because I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
马太福音23:12凡自高的，必降为卑；自卑的，必升为高。Matthew 23:12 for who ever promotes himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be promoted.
路加福音 14:11因为，凡自高的，必降为卑；自卑的，必升为高。Luke 14:11 Because everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, but everyone who humbles himself will be exalted."
腓利比书2:8祂（亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克）既有人的样子，就自己卑微，存心顺服，以至于死，且死在十字架上Philippians 2:8 HE humbled himself still more by becoming obedient even to death - death on a stake as a criminal!
腓利比书2:5-85你们当以亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克的心为心：6祂本有神亚哈威的形像，不以自己与神亚哈威同等为强夺的；7反倒虚己，取了奴仆的形像，成为人的样式；8既有人的样子，就自己卑微，存心顺服，以至于死，且死在十字架上。9所以，神亚哈威将祂升为至高，又赐给祂那超乎万名之上的名，10叫一切在天上的、地上的，和地底下的，因亚呼赎阿的名无不屈膝，11无不口称“亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克为主”，使荣耀归与父神亚哈威。
箴言 11:2骄傲来，羞耻也来；谦逊人却有智慧。Proverbs 11:2 First comes pride, then disgrace; but with the humble is wisdom.
雅各书4:10务要在主亚哈威面前自卑，主亚哈威就必叫你们升高。James 4:10 Humble yourselves before YAHUVEH, and he will lift you up.
雅各书3:13你们中间谁是有智慧有见识的呢？他就当在智慧的温柔上显出他的善行来。James 3:13 Who among you is wise and understanding? Let him demonstrate it by his good way of life, by actions done in the humility that grows out of wisdom.
让我们的祷告是：亚呼赎阿，请您教导我们您的谦卑！Let our prayer be, YAHUSHUA teach me your humility!
