亚哈威我们的全能神，宇宙之王，是应当称颂的，祂以亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克（耶稣基督）的宝血拯救了我们，并使我们成圣，用祂的如阿克.哈.古德西（圣灵）充满我们，并命令我们数算俄梅珥。Blessed are YOU, YAHUVEH our ELOHIM, KING OF THE UNIVERSE, WHO has saved & sanctified us with YAHUSHUA'S [JESUS CHRIST] BLOOD, filled us with HIS RUACH HA KODESH [HOLY SPIRIT], and has commanded us to count the omer.
今天是俄梅珥第22天。是俄梅珥的3周1天。Today is twenty-two days, which is three weeks and one day of the Omer.
Today is the 22nd day of the Omer,
满有恩典的亚，愿祂在我们的日子里，快快差遣亚呼赎阿回到我们这里，奉亚呼赎阿的圣名，阿们！YAH the MERCIFUL ONE, may HE send YAHUSHUA to return to us quickly in our days in YAHUSHUA’S NAME, AMEN!
这是我们时常的祷告：愿我们蒙阿爸亚哈威，亚呼赎阿和如阿克.哈.古德西，甜美的圣灵的喜悦，并且得着像以诺那样的见证。It is our constant prayer to be found pleasing to ABBA YAHUVEH, YAHUSHUA, and THE RUACH HA KODESH SWEET HOLY SPIRIT and to have a testimony unto Enoch. 以诺被活着提到天国去了，因为他被发现蒙阿爸亚哈威的喜悦。Enoch was taken up to Heaven alive because he was found pleasing unto ABBA YAHUVEH.
就像以诺被提去了天国，当我们等候亚呼赎阿回来接祂的新娘的时候，我们祷告自己算是配得成为亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克的新娘。Just like Enoch was taken to Heaven, we pray to be counted worthy to be a bride of YAHUSHUA ha MASHIACH as we wait for HIS return to take HIS bride. 愿祂发现我们准备好了，并且在热切地等候着，因为亚呼赎阿是来接毫无斑点，毫无皱褶的顺服的新娘。May HE find us ready and eagerly waiting as YAHUSHUA comes for an obedient bride with no spot or wrinkle.

你要定意走在亚哈威公义的道中，走在祂的爱中。Be Determined To Walk In YAHUVEH's Righteous Ways And In His Love
雅各书Yacov/James 1:19-21
19我亲爱的弟兄们，这是你们所知道的。但你们各人要快快地听，慢慢地说，慢慢地动怒，19 Therefore, my dear brothers, let every person be quick to listen but slow to speak, slow to get angry;
20因为人的怒气并不成就神亚哈威的义。21所以，你们要脱去一切的污秽和盈余的邪恶，存温柔的心领受那所栽种的道（话语），就是能救你们灵魂的道（话语）。20 for a man's anger does not accomplish YAH's righteousness! 21 So rid yourselves of all vulgarity and obvious evil, and receive meekly the Word implanted in you that can save your lives.
这是来自雅各书（Yacov）的智慧。第19节告诉我们各人要快快地听，慢慢地说…This is Wisdom from James /Yacov. Verse 19 says let every person be quick to listen, but slow to speak...
有些时候我们需要学习“静默”这个词，如果我们更多的去聆听，我们说的话会是属灵的话语而非属肉体的。There are times when we need to learn the "Vocabulary of Silence", if we would listen more, our words would be words of the spirit and not of the flesh.
控制舌头需要很大的自制力，任何一对已婚夫妇都能告诉你，如果我们不是非要成为那个得到最后话语权的人的话，那么大多数的争吵本来可以在五分钟之内平息的。It takes much self control, to control the tongue, any married couple can tell you that, most fights would stop in five minutes, if we did not have to be the one to get the last word in, s所以在你意识到这一点之前，一点小小的分歧就能变成伤人的话，争吵甚至是离婚。o before you know it a little disagreement turns into hurtful words and quarreling and even divorce.
第19节说，但要慢慢地动怒。Verse 19 says but be slow to anger.
换言之，当你有怒气在你里面的时候，不要急于说话，那就是你需要走开，冷静下来，并去为这件事祷告的时候。In other words do not be quick to speak when you have anger inside of you, that is when you need to walk away and calm down and pray.
仇敌喜爱把争斗之灵带入我们的婚姻，家庭和会众之中。籍著慢慢动怒，我们就不会在血气中回应，而是让我们的言语充满亚哈威的智慧和爱，当我们这么做的时候，就是亚的公义得胜之时。The enemy loves to bring a spirit of strife into our marriages, family and Congregations, by being slow to anger we will not react in the flesh but let our words be filled with the wisdom and love of YAH, and as we do this YAH's righteousness will prevail.
第20节，因为人的怒气并不成就神亚哈威的义。Vs. 20 for a man's anger does not accomplish YAH's righteousness.
人的怒气和公义的愤怒——比如亚呼赎阿对那些在圣殿里兑换银钱之人的斥责、以及祂对某些文士和法利赛人的斥责之公义的愤怒——之间有差别。There is a difference between righteous anger such as YAHUSHUA's rebuke of the money changers in the temple, and HIS rebuke of certain Scribes and Pharisees. 祂发怒，是因为在那里人们对亚哈威祷告的殿完全缺乏尊重；是因为那些假冒伪善的人；是因为祂知道这些人的行为是撒但的灵在背后操纵着的。HE was angered because of there total lack of respect for YAHUVEH's House of Prayer and for being hypocrites and because HE knew that it was the spirit of satan behind their actions.
第20节经文所指人的怒气是暴怒/发脾气，这能导致对他人的暴力相向。这是一种不加思索就行动的愤怒/发脾气，被人的激愤情绪掌控，而非被圣灵掌控。The anger in this verse is referring to bursts of anger, which can result in violence against another. It is an anger that acts before it thinks, and controlled by the passions and not the spirit.
我们可以对仇敌所做的事以及仇敌所造成的诸如战争，贫穷，疾病，捆绑等不幸的事感到公义的愤怒，但是我们对待亚呼赎阿里的弟兄姊妹必须要行在彼此相爱中。We can be righteously angry at the works of the enemy and the sorrow he causes such as war, poverty, sickness and bondage, but we need to walk in love with eachother.
我们需要好好倾听，并给出柔和的回答。因为“回答柔和，使怒消退”。你的行为很有可能会把某个一生都拒绝亚哈威、亚呼赎阿的人带入他/她与以色列的圣者神亚哈威、亚呼赎阿之间建立的关系中，你也可能会把这个人赶走。We need to listen, and give a soft answer because "A soft answer turns away wrath", your actions could very well bring someone who has rejected YAHUVEH all of his life into a relationship with the Holy GOD YAHUVEH of Israel, or turn him away.

21所以，你们要脱去一切的污秽和盈余的邪恶，存温柔的心领受那所栽种的道（话语），就是能救你们灵魂的道（话语）。1:21 So rid yourselves of all vulgarity and obvious evil, and receive meekly the Word implanted in you that can save your lives.
雅各书1:21这节经文接着告诉我们要脱离下流的亵渎神的言词、说粗话、讲污秽或淫秽低俗的笑话，甚至不要去听这些话，这明显是邪恶的，要谦卑自己并且要顺从，顺从就是顺服，就像仆人愿意顺服他的主人/老板，你们也要顺服亚哈威的妥拉/道（话语）。James 1:21 goes on to tell us to rid ourselves of vulgarity profanity, course speaking, telling dirty or lewd jokes, or even to listening to them and obvious evil and to humble yourselves and submit, to submit is to obey, just like a servant would obey his master/boss ,yourselves to the Torah/Word of YAHUVEH.
当顺着圣灵而行，让亚的话支配我们的所有行动，这能拯救我们的生命！存温柔的心领受那所栽种的道（话语），就是能救你们灵魂的道（话语）。Walking in the spirit, letting the Word dominate our actions can save our lives! Receive meekly the Word implanted in you that can save your lives
我们的主亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克对此得说些什么……那么谁是我的邻舍呢？What did Our Master YAHUSHUA Ha Mashiach have to say about this.....So Who Is My Neighbor???
那人要显明自己有理，就对亚呼赎阿说：“谁是我的邻舍呢？”Luke 10:29 But he, wanting to justify himself, said to YAHUSHUA, "And who is my 'neighbor'?"

28有一个文士来，听见他们辩论，晓得亚呼赎阿回答的好，就问祂说：“诫命中哪是第一要紧的呢？” One of the Torah teachers came up and heard them engaged in this discussion. Seeing that YAHUSHUA answered them well, he asked him, "Which is the most important mitzvah of them all?"
29亚呼赎阿回答说：“第一要紧的就是说：『以色列啊，你要听，主亚哈威－我们神是独一的主。29 YAHUSHUA answered, "The most important is, 'Sh'ma Israel, YAHUVEH Eloheynu YAHUVEH echad [Hear, O Israel, YAHUVEH our God, YAHUVEH is one],
30你要尽心、尽性、尽意、尽力爱主亚哈威－你的神。』
30 and you are to love YAHUVEH your ELOHIM with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your understanding and with all your strength."
31其次就是说：『要爱人如己。 』再没有比这两条诫命更大的了。”31 The second is this: 'You are to love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no other mitzvah greater than these."
32那文士对亚呼赎阿说：“夫子说，神亚哈威是一位，实在不错；除了祂以外，再没有别的神；”32 The Torah - teacher said to him, "Well said, Rabbi; you speak the truth when you say that HE is one, and that there is no other besides HIM;
33并且尽心、尽智、尽力爱祂，又爱人如己，就比一切燔祭和各样祭祀好的多。33 and that loving HIM with all one's heart understanding and strength, and loving one's neighbor as oneself, mean more than all the burnt offerings and sacrifices."
34亚呼赎阿见他回答的有智慧，就对他说：“你离神亚哈威的国不远了。”从此以后，没有人敢再问祂什么。34 When YAHUSHUA saw that he responded sensibly, HE said to him, "You are not far from the Kingdom of ELOHIM."And after that, no one dared put to him another qustion/ sheilah.
马可福音Matthew 5:44
〔亚呼赎阿说：〕44“只是我告诉你们，要爱你们的仇敌，为那逼迫你们的祷告。But I tell you, love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you!
45这样就可以作你们天父亚哈威的儿子；因为祂叫日头照好人，也照歹人；降雨给义人，也给不义的人。45 Then you will become children of your Father in heaven. For he makes his sun shine on good and bad people alike, and he sends rain to the righteous and the unrighteous alike.
46你们若单爱那爱你们的人，有什么赏赐呢？就是税吏不也是这样行吗？46 What reward do you get if you love only those who love you? Why, even tax - collectors do that!
47你们若单请你弟兄的安，比人有什么长处呢？就是外邦人不也是这样行吗？47 And if you are friendly only to your friends, are you doing anything out of the ordinary? Even the Goyim do that!
48所以，你们要完全，像你们的天父亚哈威完全一样。”
48 Therefore, be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.
愿我们的祷告今天达到我们的天父亚哈威的面前，奉亚呼赎阿的圣名，为了祂的荣耀和为了祂的国度，May our prayer be today to YAHUVEH our father that in the Name of YAHUSHUA HE would confirm the work of our hands for HIS glory and for HIS Kingdom 祂会坚固我们手中所做的工，祂会让我们在需要得蒙恩惠的人面前得蒙他们的恩惠，好让我们去做祂已经呼召我们要做的工。and that HE would give us favor with whom we need favor with in order to do the work HE has called us to. 愿祂带来完全的恢复和平安，给以色列全家，犹大和以法莲，奉亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克的圣名，阿们。May HE bring total Restoration and Shalom to both Houses of Israel, Judah and Ephraim In YAHUSHUA Ha Mashiach name, AMEN.
