亚哈威我们的全能神，宇宙之王，是应当称颂的，祂以亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克（耶稣基督）的宝血拯救了我们，并使我们成圣，用祂的如阿克.哈.古德西（圣灵）充满我们，并命令我们数算俄梅珥。Blessed are YOU, YAHUVEH our ELOHIM, KING OF THE UNIVERSE, WHO has saved & sanctified us with YAHUSHUA'S [JESUS CHRIST] BLOOD, filled us with HIS RUACH HA KODESH [HOLY SPIRIT], and has commanded us to count the omer.
今天是俄梅珥第28天。是俄梅珥的4周。Today is twenty-eight days, which is four weeks of the Omer.
满有恩典的亚，愿祂在我们的日子里，快快差遣亚呼赎阿回到我们这里，奉亚呼赎阿的圣名，阿们！YAH the MERCIFUL ONE, may HE send YAHUSHUA to return to us quickly in our days in YAHUSHUA’S NAME, AMEN!
这是我们时常的祷告：愿我们蒙阿爸亚哈威，亚呼赎阿和如阿克.哈.古德西，甜美的圣灵的喜悦，并且得着像以诺那样的见证。It is our constant prayer to be found pleasing to ABBA YAHUVEH, YAHUSHUA, and THE RUACH HA KODESH SWEET HOLY SPIRIT and to have a testimony unto Enoch. 以诺被活着提到天国去了，因为他被发现蒙阿爸亚哈威的喜悦。Enoch was taken up to Heaven alive because he was found pleasing unto ABBA YAHUVEH.
就像以诺被提去了天国，当我们等候亚呼赎阿回来接祂的新娘的时候，我们祷告自己算是配得成为亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克的新娘。Just like Enoch was taken to Heaven, we pray to be counted worthy to be a bride of YAHUSHUA ha MASHIACH as we wait for HIS return to take HIS bride. 愿祂发现我们准备好了，并且在热切地等候着，因为亚呼赎阿是来接毫无斑点，毫无皱褶的顺服的新娘。May HE find us ready and eagerly waiting as YAHUSHUA comes for an obedient bride with no spot or wrinkle.

谦卑之行The Walk of Humility
诗篇Psalm 147:1-6
1你们要赞美亚哈威！因歌颂我们的神为善为美；赞美的话是合宜的。1 PRAISE YAHUVEH! For it is good to sing praises to our ELOHIM, for HE is gracious and lovely; praise is becoming and appropriate.
2亚哈威建造耶路撒冷，聚集以色列中被赶散的人。3祂医好伤心的人，裹好他们的伤处。2 YAHUVEH is building up Jerusalem; HE is gathering together the exiles of Israel.3 HE heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds [curing their pains and their sorrows]. 4祂数点星宿的数目，一一称它的名。5我们的主亚哈威为大，最有能力；祂的智慧无法测度。6亚哈威扶持谦卑人，将恶人倾覆于地。4 HE determines and counts the number of the stars; HE calls them all by their names.5 Great is YAHUVEH and of great power; HIS understanding is inexhaustible and boundless.6 YAHUVEH lifts up the humble and downtrodden; HE casts the wicked down to the ground.
人应该原谅那些错待他的人，他甚至还可以更进一步反过来为他付(赎罪金)，如经上记着说：“不可说：人怎样待我，我也怎样待他；我必照他所行的报复他。”（箴言24:29）He should forgive those who have wronged him and he could even go so far as to pay him, as it is written: "Do not say just as he has done to me I will do to him, I will return to the man as he has done. (Proverbs 24:29)
因着他的谦卑，他不在意别人对他所做的错事。Because of his humility, he is not concerned of the wrong that has been done to him.
马太福音Matthew 6:14
你们饶恕人的过犯（他们疏忽大意和蓄意犯的罪，要离开他们，放过他们，放弃怨恨），你们的天父也必饶恕你们的过犯。 For if you forgive people their trespasses [their reckless and willful sins, leaving them, letting them go, and giving up resentment], your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
如果他的财务或健康面临窘境，又或是他的儿子们及亲属都死去，他将会承认接受这审判，并以爱来接受亚哈威的判决，因为这是一个谦卑人遭遇苦难时的谦卑之道。If trouble comes to his finances or his health, or his sons and relatives die, he will accept the judgement, and accept the decrees of YAHUVEH with love, for this is the way of humility when one receives afflictions. 这是当亚伦的儿子拿答和亚比户死亡时他的行为方式。因着他的谦卑他接受了亚所行的审判，且没有在他个人的极度悲痛中爆发，如经上写着说，…“亚伦就默默不言。”…This is the way Aaron behaved when his sons Nadav and Avihu died. He accepted the judgement because of his humility, and did not erupt in his personal anguish, as it is written, ..."And Aaron was silent."...
马太福音Matthew 5:4
哀恸的人有福了！因为他们必得安慰。 "How blessed are those who mourn! for they will be comforted.
如果人们尊敬一个人，他不应该骄傲，反而应该被谦卑之道支配，在他心里不应该自高自大。当亚伯拉罕尊敬以弗仑，并称他为“我的主人，总长，主……”时，我们就已经在他里面发现了这种品质。If people honor him, he should not be proud, but rather he should be governed by the way of humility, and not be haughty in his heart. We have found this quality in Abraham when he honored Ephron and called him "My master a governor, a lord...".
他在最困苦时却甘心自卑，如经上记着说，“亚伯拉罕就在那地的人民面前下拜…”He even diminished himself in front of the most downtrodden as it is written, "And Abraham bowed before the people of the land..."
创23:10-16
10当时以弗仑正坐在赫人中间。于是，赫人以弗仑在城门出入的赫人面前对亚伯拉罕说：11“不然，我主请听。我送给你这块田，连田间的洞也送给你，在我同族的人面前都给你，可以埋葬你的死人。”12亚伯拉罕就在那地的人民面前下拜，13在他们面前对以弗仑说：“你若应允，请听我的话。我要把田价给你，求你收下，我就在那里埋葬我的死人。”14以弗仑回答亚伯拉罕说：15“我主请听。值四百舍客勒银子的一块田，在你我中间还算什么呢？只管埋葬你的死人吧！”16亚伯拉罕听从了以弗仑，照着他在赫人面前所说的话，把买卖通用的银子平了四百舍客勒给以弗仑。
罗马书Romans 12:16
要彼此同心；不要志气高大（自命不凡、自命清高、排斥异己），倒要俯就卑微的人（人：或译事）。不要自以为聪明。 Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty (snobbish, high - minded, exclusive), but readily adjust yourself and give yourselves to humble tasks.
绝对不要看自己过于所当看的或自以为有智慧。Never overestimate yourself or be wise in your own conceits. [Prov. 3:7.]
箴言3:7 不要自以为有智慧；要敬畏亚哈威，远离恶事。
若一个人被发现有智慧、有洞察力、有财富、或对君王有影响力，或有任何其它使人志气高大的的东西，If he is found to have a reputation for wisdom, insight, wealth, or influence with the king, or anything else that make people haughty, 他不应看自己高过他的同伴们/朋友们，反而他应谦卑、谦逊、并且他的行事为人应该像他原来在未因这些东西而闻名之前的那个样子。he should not hold himself over his friends, but rather he should be humble and modest and he should behave as he did before he was known for these things.
如经上写着说：“掌权者的心若向你发怒，不要离开你的本位。”（传道书10:4）这指的是你原来所处的本位。As it is written: "If the spirit of the ruler ascends to you, do not leave your place." (Ecclesiastes 10:4) This is referring to the place you were before.

腓利比书Philippians 2:3-8
3凡事不可结党，不可贪图虚浮的荣耀；只要存心谦卑，各人看别人比自己强。3 Do nothing out of rivalry or vanity; but, in humility, regard each other as better than yourselves - -
4各人不要单顾自己的事，也要顾别人的事。5你们当以亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克的心为心：4 look out for each other's interests and not just for your own.5 Let your attitude toward one another be governed by your being in union with the Messiah YAHUSHUA:
6祂本有神亚哈威的形像，不以自己与神亚哈威同等为强夺的；6 Though HE was in the form of ELOHIM, HE did not regard equality with ELOHIM something to be possessed by force.
7反倒虚己，取了奴仆的形像，成为人的样式；8既有人的样子，就自己卑微，存心顺服，以至于死，且死在十字架上。7 On the contrary, HE emptied himself, in that HE took the form of a slave by becoming like human beings are. And when HE appeared as a human being, 8 HE humbled HIMSELF still more by becoming obedient even to death - death on a stake as a criminal!
若有苦难临到你，赶快当众悔改不要迟疑，不要因为个人的骄傲而拒绝如此去行。If afflictions happen to you do not hesitate to do repentance in public. Do not refuse to do so because of personal pride. 我们有那些在以斯拉时代处在犹太人大流散背景下的人之范例，当以斯拉斥责他们的时候，他们悔改了，而且是立刻悔改了。如经上写着说：We have the example of those who were in the diaspora at the time of Ezra when he rebuked them., they repented and did repentance immediately. As it is written:
“我们在此地娶了外邦女子为妻，干犯了我们的神亚哈威…”（以斯拉记10:2）他们悔改了，并改正他们所行的。"We have betrayed our ELOHIM and have settled with foreign wives..." (Ezra 10:2) They repented and righted their ways.
诗篇Psalm 32:1-5
1得赦免其过、遮盖其罪的，这人是有福的！2凡心里没有诡诈、亚哈威不算为有罪的，这人是有福的！1 How blessed are those whose offense is forgiven, those whose sin is covered!2 How blessed those to whom YAHUVEH imputes no guilt, in whose spirit is no deceit!
3我闭口不认罪的时候，因终日唉哼而骨头枯干。3 When I kept silent, my bones wasted away because of my groaning all day long;
4黑夜白日，祢的手在我身上沉重；我的精液耗尽，如同夏天的干旱。（细拉）4 day and night your hand was heavy on me; the sap in me dried up as in a summer drought. (Selah),br>
5我向祢陈明我的罪，不隐瞒我的恶。我说：我要向亚哈威承认我的过犯，祢就赦免我的罪恶。（细拉）5 When I acknowledged my sin to you, when I stopped concealing my guilt, and said, "I will confess my offenses to ELOHIM"; then you, you forgave the guilt of my sin. (Selah)
