亚哈威我们的全能神，宇宙之王，是应当称颂的，祂以亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克（耶稣基督）的宝血拯救了我们，并使我们成圣，用祂的如阿克.哈.古德西（圣灵）充满我们，并命令我们数算俄梅珥。Blessed are YOU, YAHUVEH our ELOHIM, KING OF THE UNIVERSE, WHO has saved & sanctified us with YAHUSHUA'S [JESUS CHRIST] BLOOD, filled us with HIS RUACH HA KODESH [HOLY SPIRIT], and has commanded us to count the omer.

今天是俄梅珥第3天。Today is the Third day of the Omer. 满有恩典的亚，愿祂在我们的日子里，快快差遣亚呼赎阿回到我们这里，奉亚呼赎阿的圣名，阿们！YAH the MERCIFUL ONE, may HE send YAHUSHUA to return to us quickly in our days in YAHUSHUA’S NAME, AMEN!

马可福音Mark 12:31

30你要尽心、尽性（你的生命，你的灵魂）、尽意（你的思想能力和道德理解力）、尽力爱亚哈威－你的神。』30 And you shall love the YAHUVEH your ELOHIM out of and with your whole heart and out of and with all your soul (your life) and out of and with all your mind (with your faculty of thought and your moral understanding) and out of and with all your strength. This is the first and principal commandment. 

[Deut. 6:4, 5].申6:4-5“以色列啊，你要听！亚哈威－我们神是独一的主。5你要尽心、尽性、尽力爱亚哈威－你的神。”

利19:18不可报仇，也不可埋怨你本国的子民，却要爱人如己。我是亚哈威。

31其次就是说：『要爱人如己。』再没有比这两条诫命更大的了。”31 The second is like it and is this, You shall love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment greater than these. [Lev. 19:18].

马太福音Matthew 5:43-44

43“你们听见有话说：『当爱你的邻舍，恨你的仇敌。』44只是我告诉你们，要爱你们的仇敌，为那逼迫你们的祷告。43 "You have heard that our fathers were told, 'Love your neighbor-and hate your enemy.' 44 But I tell you, love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you! 45这样就可以作你们天父亚哈威的儿子；因为祂叫日头照好人，也照歹人；降雨给义人，也给不义的人。45 Then you will become children of your Father in heaven. For he makes his sun shine on good and bad people alike, and he sends rain to the righteous and the unrighteous alike.

作为弥赛亚信徒，我们每天面临的最大的挑战可能是去爱别人，特别是那些不是亚家里的人。爱那些爱你的人是很容易的，但当我们被告知要爱恨我们的人时，挑战就来了。Probably the greatest challenge we face daily as Messianic Believers is to walk in love with others, especially those outside the household of YAH. It is easy to love those who love you, but the challenge comes when we are told to love those who hate us. 但是如果我们要成为弥赛亚亚呼赎阿的真正追随者，那这就需要成为我们生活中的首要任务。But if we are going to be true followers of Messiah YAHUSHUA, then this needs to be a priority in our lives.

加拉太书Galatians 5:13-16

13弟兄们，你们〔真正地〕蒙召是要得自由，只是不可将你们的自由当作放纵情欲的机会，总要用爱心互相服事。13 For you, brethren, were [indeed] called to freedom; only [do not let your] freedom be an incentive to your flesh and an opportunity or excuse [for selfishness], but through love you should serve one another. 14因为〔关于人际关系的〕全律法都包在“爱人如己”这一句话之内了（利19:18）。14 For the whole torah [concerning human relationships] is complied with in the one precept, You shall love your neighbor as [you do] yourself.

 [Lev. 19:18].利19:18不可报仇，也不可埋怨你本国的子民，却要爱人如己。我是亚哈威。

15你们要谨慎，若〔在党派斗争中〕相咬相吞，只怕〔你和你的整个团体〕要彼此消灭了。15 But if you bite and devour one another [in partisan strife], be careful that you [and your whole fellowship] are not consumed by one another.

16我说，你们当顺着如阿克.哈.古德西/圣灵而行〔并习惯性地生活〕，〔回应对圣灵的控制和引导〕，〔这样你当然〕就不放纵〔人类本性的没有神的〕肉体的情欲了。16 But I say, walk and live [habitually] in the [HOLY] RUACH/SPIRIT [responsive to and controlled and guided by the Spirit]; then you will certainly not gratify the cravings and desires of the flesh (of human nature without GOD).

请帮助我今天就成为祢想要我作的仆人，除去我肉体所做的工，让我能服事在弥赛亚亚呼赎阿里的弟兄姐妹们。Help me today to be the servant you want me to be, and purge me from the works of the flesh that I might serve my brothers and sisters In Messiah YAHUSHUA.

祷告诗篇Pray Psalm 23

YAH is the Shepherd of His People A Psalm of David.

1亚哈威是我的牧者，我必不致缺乏。2祂使我躺卧在青草地上，领我在可安歇的水边。3祂使我的灵魂苏醒，为自己的名引导我走义路。23 YAH is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2 He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. 3 He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake.

4我虽然行过死荫的幽谷，也不怕遭害，因为祢与我同在；祢的杖，祢的竿，都安慰我。4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

5在我敌人面前，祢为我摆设筵席；祢用油膏了我的头，使我的福杯满溢。6我一生一世必有恩惠慈爱随着我；我且要住在亚哈威的殿中，直到永远。5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell[a] in the house of YAH Forever.
