亚哈威我们的全能神，宇宙之王，是应当称颂的，祂以亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克（耶稣基督）的宝血拯救了我们，并使我们成圣，用祂的如阿克.哈.古德西（圣灵）充满我们，并命令我们数算俄梅珥。Blessed are YOU, YAHUVEH our ELOHIM, KING OF THE UNIVERSE, WHO has saved & sanctified us with YAHUSHUA'S [JESUS CHRIST] BLOOD, filled us with HIS RUACH HA KODESH [HOLY SPIRIT], and has commanded us to count the omer.
今天是俄梅珥第20天。是俄梅珥的2周6天。Today is twenty days, which is two weeks and six days of the Omer.
满有恩典的亚，愿祂在我们的日子里，快快差遣亚呼赎阿回到我们这里，奉亚呼赎阿的圣名，阿们！YAH the MERCIFUL ONE, may HE send YAHUSHUA to return to us quickly in our days in YAHUSHUA’S NAME, AMEN!

就像以诺被提去了天国，当我们等候亚呼赎阿回来接祂的新娘的时候，我们祷告自己算是配得成为亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克的新娘。Just like Enoch was taken to Heaven, we pray to be counted worthy to be a bride of YAHUSHUA ha MASHIACH as we wait for HIS return to take HIS bride. 愿祂发现我们准备好了，并且在热切地等候着，因为亚呼赎阿是来接毫无斑点，毫无皱褶的顺服的新娘。May HE find us ready and eagerly waiting as YAHUSHUA comes for an obedient bride with no spot or wrinkle.

阿爸亚哈威…请将祢的手臂环绕在我肩上，并将祢的手放在我的嘴上。Abba YAHUVEH...Put your arm around my shoulders and your hand over my mouth.
闭上你的嘴巴。如果你的言语将在你的朋友以及家人面前成为对主亚呼赎阿负面的反映。Don't Open Your Mouth. If you words will be a poor reflection of the Master YAHUSHUA to your friends and family.
彼得前书1Peter 2:22
22祂并没有犯罪，口里也没有诡诈。 "He committed no sin, nor was any deceit found on his lips."
23祂被骂不还口；受害不说威吓的话，只将自己交托那按公义审判人的主亚哈威。1Pe 2:23 When he was insulted, he didn't retaliate with insults; when he suffered, he didn't threaten, but handed them over to him who judges justly.
24祂被挂在木头上，亲身担当了我们的罪，使我们既然在罪上死，就得以在义上活。因祂受的鞭伤，你们便得了医治。1Pe 2:24 He himself bore our sins in his body on the stake, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness - by his wounds you were healed. 25你们从前好像迷路的羊，如今却归到你们灵魂的牧人监督了。1Pe 2:25 For you used to be like sheep gone astray, but now you have turned to the Shepherd, who watches over you.
玛西阿克/弥赛亚亚呼赎阿，是我们在面对逼迫时要如何去行的典范。Messiah YAHUSHUA, is our example of how we are to act in the face of persecution.
当祂遭受辱骂和侮辱时，祂并没有以辱骂还辱骂，或以侮辱还侮辱。When He was reviled and insulted, He did not revile or offer insult in return.
当祂遭受虐待和受苦时，祂没有威吓要报仇。属情欲的信徒随从肉体而行，当他遇到辱骂和侮辱时，总会以错误不当的言词回应。When He was abused and suffered, He made no threats of vengeance. The carnal Believer that walks after the flesh will always react with wrong words when he is reviled or insulted.
一切我们所说的及所做的，都反映出我们所服事的主是谁，我们的生命和言语有在表明出我们是服事玛西阿克亚呼赎阿吗？Everything we say and do is a reflection of the Master we serve, are our lives and words showing that we serve Messiah YAHUSHUA? 又或我们的言语在向世界说明我们生命的主是撒旦。Or are our words showing the world that Ha satan is the master of our lives.
无论任何时候我们都要被如阿克．哈．古德西掌控，而这需要被管教，然而当我们领受管教的时候，如阿克．哈．古德西的果子在我们生命中和在那些我们周围的人面前就会变得更加明显，并给亚哈威带来荣耀。We are to be RUACH ha KODESH controlled at ALL times and this take discipline, but when we do the fruit of the RUACH ha KODESH will become more evident in our lives and to those around us and bring glory to YAH.
作为遵照妥拉而行的信徒，并且我们宣告玛西阿克亚呼赎阿为我们的主，我们就需要为我们的言行对彼此负责，并且需要快快向彼此悔改。As Believers who walk according to Torah and we proclaim Messiah YAHUSHUA as our Master, we need to be accountable to one another for our actions and words and be quick to repent to one another.
我们必须回归新约里所记载的做法，它告诉我们要彼此承认过失和罪，使我们得医治。We need to return to the practice in the Brit HaDasha that tells us to confess our faults and sins to one another so we will be healed.
我们是如此充满骄傲并如此害怕被拒绝，以至我们不愿去这么做，但是如果我们去做，医治就随之而来。We are so full of pride and fear of rejection that we do not want to do this, however if we do, healing will come. 这就是成为一个弥赛亚团体的意义所在，当我们学会彼此相爱，彼此饶恕，彼此代祷的时候，这就是把我们互相联络在一起的东西。That is what being a Messianic Community is about and it is what knits us together; when we learn to love, forgive and pray for one another.

所以你们要彼此认罪，互相代求，使你们可以得医治。义人祈祷所发的力量是大有功效的。Therefore, openly acknowledge your sins to one another, and pray for each other, so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.
今天，要下定决心跟随玛西阿克/弥赛亚和祂的典范并让祂成为你生命所有领域的主宰，特别是你所说的话的主宰。在我们等候祂回来的时候，愿我们的嘴唇说出充满着美，和谐并怜悯的话语。Today, make the decision to follow after Messiah and His example and let Him be the Master of your life in every area, especially your words. May our lips speak forth words filled with Beauty, Harmony and Compassion as we await His return.
