亚哈威我们的全能神，宇宙之王，是应当称颂的，祂以亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克（耶稣基督）的宝血拯救了我们，并使我们成圣，用祂的如阿克.哈.古德西（圣灵）充满我们，并命令我们数算俄梅珥。Blessed are YOU, YAHUVEH our ELOHIM, KING OF THE UNIVERSE, WHO has saved & sanctified us with YAHUSHUA'S [JESUS CHRIST] BLOOD, filled us with HIS RUACH HA KODESH [HOLY SPIRIT], and has commanded us to count the omer.
今天是俄梅珥第34天。是俄梅珥的4周6天。Today is the 34th day, which is 4 weeks, and 6 days of the Omer. 满有恩典的亚，愿祂在我们的日子里，快快差遣亚呼赎阿回到我们这里，奉亚呼赎阿的圣名，阿们！YAH the MERCIFUL ONE, may HE send YAHUSHUA to return to us quickly in our days in YAHUSHUA’S NAME, AMEN!

马太福音Matthew 7:24 - 29
24「所以，凡听见我这话就去行的，好比一个聪明人，把房子盖在磐石上；"So, everyone who hears these words of mine and acts on them will be like a sensible man who built his house on bedrock. Matthew 25雨淋，水冲，风吹，撞着那房子，房子总不倒塌，因为根基立在磐石上。7:25
The rain fell, the rivers flooded, the winds blew and beat against that house, but it didn't collapse, because its foundation was on rock.
26凡听见我这话不去行的，好比一个无知的人，把房子盖在沙土上；27雨淋，水冲，风吹，撞着那房子，房子就倒塌了，并且倒塌得很大。」Matthew 7:26 But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not act on them will be like a stupid man who built his house on sand.
Matthew 7:27 The rain fell, the rivers flooded, the wind blew and beat against that house, and it collapsed - and its collapse was horrendous!"
28亚呼赎阿讲完了这些话，众人都希奇祂的教训；29因为祂教训他们，正像有权柄的人，不像他们的文士。Matthew 7:28 When YAHUSHUA had finished saying these things, the crowds were amazed at the way he taught, Matthew 7:29 for he was not instructing them like their Torah-teachers but as one who had authority himself.
哥林多前书1 Corinthians 3:11
11因为那已经立好的根基就是亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克，此外没有人能立别的根基。12若有人用金、银、宝石、草木、禾秸在这根基上建造，For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is YAHUSHUA the Messiah.1 Corinthians 3:12 Some will use gold, silver or precious stones in building on this foundation; while others will use wood, grass or straw.
13各人的工程必然显露，因为那日子要将它表明出来，有火发现；这火要试验各人的工程怎样。1 Corinthians 3:13 But each one's work will be shown for what it is; the Day will disclose it, because it will be revealed by fire - the fire will test the quality of each one's work.
14人在那根基上所建造的工程若存得住，他就要得赏赐。15人的工程若被烧了，他就要受亏损，自己却要得救；虽然得救，乃像从火里经过的一样。1 Corinthians 3:14 If the work someone has built on the foundation survives, he will receive a reward; 1 Corinthians 3:15 if it is burned up, he will have to bear the loss: he will still escape with his life, but it will be like escaping through a fire.
以弗所书Ephesians 2:20
20并且被建造在使徒和先知的根基上，有亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克自己为房角石，You have been built on the foundation of the emissaries and the prophets, with the cornerstone being YAHUSHUA the Messiah himself.
21各（或译：全）房靠祂联络得合式，渐渐成为主亚哈威的圣殿。22你们也靠祂同被建造，成为神亚哈威借着如阿克.哈.古德西居住的所在。Ephesians 2:21 In union with him the whole building is held together, and it is growing into a holy temple in union with the Lord.Ephesians 2:22 Yes, in union with him, you yourselves are being built together into a spiritual dwelling- place for God!

诗篇Psalm 19:7
7亚哈威的律法全备，能苏醒人心；亚哈威的法度确定，能使愚人有智慧。8亚哈威的训词正直，能快活人的心；亚哈威的命令清洁，能明亮人的眼目。
The Torah of Adonai is perfect, restoring the inner person. The instruction of Adonai is sure, making wise the thoughtless.
Psalm 19:8 The precepts of Adonai are right, rejoicing the heart. The mitzvah of Adonai is pure, enlightening the eyes.
9亚哈威的道理洁净，存到永远；亚哈威的典章真实，全然公义－
10都比金子可羡慕，且比极多的精金可羡慕；比蜜甘甜，且比蜂房下滴的蜜甘甜。Psalm 19:9 The fear of Adonai is clean, enduring forever. The rulings of Adonai are true, they are righteous altogether,Psalm 19:10 more desirable than gold, than much fine gold, also sweeter than honey or drippings from the honeycomb.
