亚哈威我们的全能神，宇宙之王，是应当称颂的，祂以亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克（耶稣基督）的宝血拯救了我们，并使我们成圣，用祂的如阿克.哈.古德西（圣灵）充满我们，并命令我们数算俄梅珥。Blessed are YOU, YAHUVEH our ELOHIM, KING OF THE UNIVERSE, WHO has saved & sanctified us with YAHUSHUA'S [JESUS CHRIST] BLOOD, filled us with HIS RUACH HA KODESH [HOLY SPIRIT], and has commanded us to count the omer.

今天是俄梅珥第4天。Today is the Fourth day of the Omer. 满有恩典的亚，愿祂在我们的日子里，快快差遣亚呼赎阿回到我们这里，奉亚呼赎阿的圣名，阿们！YAH the MERCIFUL ONE, may HE send YAHUSHUA to return to us quickly in our days in YAHUSHUA’S NAME, AMEN!

马可福音Mar 12:28 - 31

28有一个文士来，听见他们辩论，晓得亚呼赎阿回答的好，就问祂说：“诫命中哪是第一要紧的呢？”One of the Torah-teachers came up and heard them engaged in this discussion. Seeing that YAHUSHUA answered them well, he asked him, "Which is the most important mitzvah of them all?"

29亚呼赎阿回答说：“第一要紧的就是说：『以色列啊，你要听（Shema Yisra'el），亚哈威－我们神是独一的主。Mar 12:29 YAHUSHUA answered, "The most important is, 'Sh'ma Yisra'el, YAHUVEH Eloheinu, YAHUVEH echad [Hear, O Isra'el, YAHUVEH our GOD, YAH is one],

30你要尽心、尽性、尽意、尽力爱亚哈威－你的神。』Mar 12:30 and you are to love YAHUVEH your GOD with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your understanding and with all your strength.'

 31其次就是说：『要爱人如己。 』再没有比这两条诫命更大的了。”Mar 12:31 The second is this: 'You are to love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no other mitzvah greater than these."

马太福音Matthew 5:38 - 48

38“你们听见有话说：『以眼还眼，以牙还牙。』"You have heard that our fathers were told, 'Eye for eye and tooth for tooth.'

39只是我告诉你们，不要与恶人作对。有人打你的右脸，连左脸也转过来由他打；

Mat 5:39 But I tell you not to stand up against someone who does you wrong. On the contrary, if someone hits you on the right cheek, let him hit you on the left cheek too! 40有人想要告你，要拿你的里衣，连外衣也由他拿去；Mat 5:40 If someone wants to sue you for your shirt, let him have your coat as well!

41有人强逼你走一里路，你就同他走二里；42有求你的，就给他；有向你借贷的，不可推辞。”Mat 5:41 And if a soldier forces you to carry his pack for one mile, carry it for two! Mat 5:42 When someone asks you for something, give it to him; when someone wants to borrow something from you, lend it to him. 43“你们听见有话说：『当爱你的邻舍，恨你的仇敌。』44只是我告诉你们，要爱你们的仇敌，为那逼迫你们的祷告。Mat 5:43 "You have heard that our fathers were told, 'Love your neighbor - and hate your enemy.' Mat 5:44 But I tell you, love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you!

45这样就可以作你们天父亚哈威的儿子；因为祂叫日头照好人，也照歹人；降雨给义人，也给不义的人。Mat 5:45 Then you will become children of your Father in heaven. For he makes his sun shine on good and bad people alike, and he sends rain to the righteous and the unrighteous alike.46你们若单爱那爱你们的人，有什么赏赐呢？就是税吏不也是这样行吗？ Mat 5:46 What reward do you get if you love only those who love you? Why, even tax-collectors do that!

 47你们若单请你弟兄的安，比人有什么长处呢？就是外邦人不也是这样行吗？Mat 5:47 And if you are friendly only to your friends, are you doing anything out of the ordinary? Even the Goyim do that! 48所以，你们要完全，像你们的天父亚哈威完全一样。”Mat 5:48 Therefore, be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.

作为弥赛亚信徒，有可能我们每天面临的最大挑战是要去行在爱他人中，特别是要去爱那些不是亚家里的人。Probably the greatest challenge we face daily as Messianic Believers is to walk in love with others, especially those outside the household of YAH. 爱那些爱你的人是很容易的，但当我们被告知要爱恨我们的人时，挑战就来了。It is easy to love those who love you, but the challenge comes when we are told to love those who hate us.

但是如果我们要成为弥赛亚亚呼赎阿的真正追随者，那这就需要成为我们生命中的首要任务。那么，我们要如何爱我们的仇敌呢？But if we are going to be true followers of Messiah YAHUSHUA, then this needs to be a priority in our lives. So how do we love our enemies? 为他们祷告，祈求他们将会前来认识亚呼赎阿作为他们的救主和主人！祷告他们将会从他们的憎恨中被拯救得释放，并且被祂的爱充满。By praying for them that they will come to know YAHUSHUA as their Savior and Master! Praying that they will be delivered from their hate and be filled with His Love.

我们必须紧紧跟随我们的拉比和主人亚呼赎阿的脚步。We need to walk in the footsteps of our Rabbi and Master YAHUSHUA.

马太福音Mat 10:24

24学生（门徒）不能高过先生（他的拉比）；仆人不能高过（他的）主人。"A talmid is not greater than his rabbi, a slave is not greater than his master. 25学生（门徒）和先生（他的拉比）一样，仆人和（他的）主人一样，也就罢了。人既骂家主是别西卜（别西卜：是鬼王的名），何况他的家人呢？Mat 10:25 It is enough for a talmid that he become like his rabbi, and a slave like his master. Now if people have called the head of the house Ba`al-Zibbul, how much more will they malign the members of his household!

祂曾经是，现在也仍然是活在世上之人的最伟大的妥拉老师，因为祂是永活的妥拉，并且向我们显明了我们该怎样行在祂里面，并住在祂里面。He was and still is the greatest Torah teacher that ever lived because He Is The Living Torah and showed us how how we should walk and live In Him.

加拉太书Galatians 5:13-16

13弟兄们，你们〔真正地〕蒙召是要得自由，只是不可将你们的自由当作放纵情欲的机会，总要用爱心互相服事。13 For you, brethren, were [indeed] called to freedom; only [do not let your] freedom be an incentive to your flesh and an opportunity or excuse [for selfishness], but through love you should serve one another. 14因为〔关于人际关系的〕全律法都包在“爱人如己”这一句话之内了（利19:18）。14 For the whole Law [concerning human relationships] is complied with in the one precept, You shall love your neighbor as [you do] yourself. [Lev. 19:18].

15你们要谨慎，若〔在党派斗争中〕相咬相吞，只怕〔你和你的整个团体〕要彼此消灭了。15 But if you bite and devour one another [in partisan strife], be careful that you [and your whole fellowship] are not consumed by one another. 16我说，你们当顺着如阿克.哈.古德西/圣灵而行〔并习惯性地生活〕，〔回应对圣灵的控制和引导〕，〔这样你当然〕就不放纵〔人类本性的没有神的〕肉体的情欲了。16 But I say, walk and live [habitually] in the [HOLY] RUACH/Spirit [responsive to and controlled and guided by the Spirit]; then you will certainly not gratify the cravings and desires of the flesh (of human nature without God).

利19:18不可报仇，也不可埋怨你本国的子民，却要爱人如己。我是亚哈威。

求祢帮助我今天就行走在我的主人亚呼赎阿的脚步。我知道我灵里是愿意的，但我的肉体却是软弱的。求祢帮助我行在如阿克.哈.古德西的大能里，让我能够成为妥拉/话语的实践者，而不只是仅仅作一个听众。Help me to today to walk in the foosteps of my Master YAHUSHUA. I know my spirit is willing, but my flesh is weak. Help me to walk in the power of RUACH HA KODESH that I might be a doer of the Torah/Word and not a hearer only.

Pray Psalm 23

1亚哈威是我的牧者，我必不致缺乏。

2祂使我躺卧在青草地上，领我在可安歇的水边。3祂使我的灵魂苏醒，为自己的名引导我走义路。 YAH is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2 He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. 3 He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake.

4我虽然行过死荫的幽谷，也不怕遭害，因为祢与我同在；祢的杖，祢的竿，都安慰我。4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

5在我敌人面前，祢为我摆设筵席；祢用油膏了我的头，使我的福杯满溢。6我一生一世必有恩惠慈爱随着我；我且要住在亚哈威的殿中，直到永远。5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell[a] in the house of ELOHIM Forever.
