每天要说的祝福祷告：Each day, one says the blessing:
亚哈威我们的全能神，宇宙之王，是应当称颂的，祂以亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克（耶稣基督）的宝血拯救了我们，并使我们成圣，用祂的如阿克.哈.古德西（圣灵）充满我们，并命令我们数算俄梅珥。Blessed are YOU, YAHUVEH our ELOHIM, KING OF THE UNIVERSE, WHO has saved & sanctified us with YAHUSHUA'S [JESUS CHRIST] BLOOD, filled us with HIS RUACH HA KODESH [HOLY SPIRIT], and has commanded us to count the omer.
今天是俄梅珥第16天。是俄梅珥的2周2天。Today is sixteen days, which is two weeks and two days of the Omer.
满有恩典的亚，愿祂在我们的日子里，快快差遣亚呼赎阿回到我们这里，奉亚呼赎阿的圣名，阿们！YAH the MERCIFUL ONE, may HE send YAHUSHUA to return to us quickly in our days in YAHUSHUA’S NAME, AMEN!
这是我们时常的祷告：愿我们蒙阿爸亚哈威，亚呼赎阿和如阿克.哈.古德西，甜美的圣灵的喜悦，并且得着像以诺那样的见证。It is our constant prayer to be found pleasing to ABBA YAHUVEH, YAHUSHUA, and THE RUACH HA KODESH SWEET HOLY SPIRIT and to have a testimony unto Enoch. 以诺被活着提到天国去了，因为他被发现蒙阿爸亚哈威的喜悦。Enoch was taken up to Heaven alive because he was found pleasing unto ABBA YAHUVEH.
就像以诺被提去了天国，当我们等候亚呼赎阿回来接祂的新娘的时候，我们祷告自己算是配得成为亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克的新娘。Just like Enoch was taken to Heaven, we pray to be counted worthy to be a bride of YAHUSHUA ha MASHIACH as we wait for HIS return to take HIS bride. 愿祂发现我们准备好了，并且在热切地等候着，因为亚呼赎阿是来接毫无斑点，毫无皱褶的顺服的新娘。May HE find us ready and eagerly waiting as YAHUSHUA comes for an obedient bride with no spot or wrinkle.

诗篇Psalm 86:1
[A prayer of David:]
亚哈威啊，求祢侧耳应允我，因我是困苦穷乏的。Listen, YAHUVEH, and answer me, for I am poor and needy. 2求祢保存我的性命，因我是虔诚人。我的神亚哈威啊，求祢拯救这倚靠祢的仆人！Psa 86:2 Preserve my life, for I am faithful; save your servant, who puts his trust in you because you are my ELOHIM.
3主亚哈威啊，求祢怜悯我，因我终日求告祢。Psa 86:3 Take pity on me, YAHUVEH, for I cry to you all day.
4主亚哈威啊，求祢使仆人心里欢喜，因为我的心仰望祢。Psa 86:4 Fill your servant's heart with joy, for to you, YAHUVEH, I lift my heart.
5主亚哈威啊，祢本为良善，乐意饶恕人，有丰盛的慈爱赐给凡求告祢的人。Psa 86:5 YAHUVEH, you are kind and forgiving, full of grace toward all who call on you.
6亚哈威啊，求祢留心听我的祷告，垂听我恳求的声音。Psa 86:6 Listen, YAHUVEH, to my prayer; pay attention to my pleading cry.
7我在患难之日要求告祢，因为祢必应允我。Psa 86:7 On the day of my trouble I am calling on you, for you will answer me.
8主亚哈威啊，诸神之中没有可比祢的，祢的作为也无可比。Psa 86:8 There is none like you among the gods, YAHUVEH; no deeds compare with yours.
9主亚哈威啊，祢所造的万民都要来敬拜祢；他们也要荣耀祢的名。Psa 86:9 All the nations you have made will come and bow before you, YAHUVEH; they will honor your name.
10因祢为大，且行奇妙的事；惟独祢是神。Psa 86:10 For you are great, and you do wonders; you alone are GOD.
11亚哈威啊，求祢将祢的道指教我；我要照祢的真理行；求祢使我专心敬畏祢的名！Psa 86:11 YAHUVEH, teach me your way, so that I can live by your truth; make me single-hearted, so that I can fear your name.
12主亚哈威－我的神啊，我要一心称赞祢；我要荣耀祢的名，直到永远。Psa 86:12 I will thank you, YAHUVEH my GOD, with my whole heart; and I will glorify your name forever.
13因为，祢向我发的慈爱是大的；祢救了我的灵魂免入极深的阴间。Psa 86:13 For your grace toward me is so great! You have rescued me from the lowest part of Sh'ol.
14神亚哈威啊，骄傲的人起来攻击我，又有一党强横的人寻索我的命；他们没有将祢放在眼中。Psa 86:14 GOD, arrogant men are rising against me, a gang of brutes is seeking my life, and to you they pay no attention.
15主亚哈威啊，祢是有怜悯有恩典的神，不轻易发怒，并有丰盛的慈爱和诚实。16求祢向我转脸，怜恤我，将祢的力量赐给仆人，救祢婢女的儿子。Psa 86:15 But you, YAHUVEH, are a merciful, compassionate GOD, slow to anger and rich in grace and truth.Psa 86:16 Turn to me, and show me your favor; strengthen your servant, save your slave-girl's son.
17求祢向我显出恩待我的凭据，叫恨我的人看见便羞愧，因为祢－亚哈威帮助我，安慰我。Psa 86:17 Give me a sign of your favor, so that those who hate me will see it and be ashamed, because you, YAHUVEH, have helped and comforted me.
要注意在以上的诗篇中，大卫有多少次曾呼求亚哈威的恩典！亚哈威的恩典不仅在新约中。祂一直对祂的子民充满恩典和怜悯。Notice how many times in the above Psalm, David called upon YAHUVEH GRACE! YAHUVEH Grace is not only in the New Testament. He has alway been full of grace and mercy towards His people. 正是祂的恩典和爱，使祂赐下了祂的唯一的独生子——亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克。（约3:16）It was His Grace and LOVE that caused Him to give His Only Begotten Son-John 3:16
约翰福音3:16神亚哈威爱世人，甚至将祂的独生子赐给他们，叫一切信祂的，不致灭亡，反得永生。
大卫在第一节经文中承认了他是困苦穷乏的。若没有亚哈威，他所有的财富就一钱不值。David recognized that #1-He was poor and needy. All of his riches meant nothing without YAHUVEH.只有亚哈威有能力保存他的性命不受仇敌的伤害，他接着提醒亚哈威关于祂对他的信实，但是带着谦卑的心。 Only YAHUVEH had the power to preserve his life from his enemies and proceeds to remind YAHUVEH of his faithfullness to him, but with humilty.
我们也要认识到，若没有亚哈威的拯救/亚呼赎阿，我们也是困苦穷乏的，而且只有祂才能救我们脱离仇敌的手。We also need to realize that without YAHVEH’s Salvation/YAHUSHUA we are poor and needy as well and only He can save us from the hands of our enemies.
