亚哈威我们的全能神，宇宙之王，是应当称颂的，祂以亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克（耶稣基督）的宝血拯救了我们，并使我们成圣，用祂的如阿克.哈.古德西（圣灵）充满我们，并命令我们数算俄梅珥。Blessed are YOU, YAHUVEH our ELOHIM, KING OF THE UNIVERSE, WHO has saved & sanctified us with YAHUSHUA'S [JESUS CHRIST] BLOOD, filled us with HIS RUACH HA KODESH [HOLY SPIRIT], and has commanded us to count the omer.
今天是俄梅珥第2天。Today is Second day of the Omer. 满有恩典的亚，愿祂在我们的日子里，快快差遣亚呼赎阿回到我们这里，奉亚呼赎阿的圣名，阿们！YAH the MERCIFUL ONE, may HE send YAHUSHUA to return to us quickly in our days in YAHUSHUA’S NAME, AMEN!

哥林多前书Corinthians 13:4-8, 13
4爱是恒久忍耐，爱是忍耐，又有恩慈。爱是从不嫉妒，也不因嫉妒而失去理智，爱是不自夸，不虚荣，也不显出高傲。4 Love endures long and is patient and kind; love never is envious nor boils over with jealousy, is not boastful or vainglorious, does not display itself haughtily.
5爱是不张狂（傲慢及因骄傲而膨胀），不粗鲁（不没礼貌），不举止失态。爱（在我们里面的神的爱）并不坚持自己的权利或自己的方式5 It is not conceited (arrogant and inflated with pride); it is not rude (unmannerly) and does not act unbecomingly. Love (God's love in us) does not insist on its own rights or its own way, ，因为爱是不求自己的益处；爱是不轻易发怒、不烦躁,也不怨恨；爱是不计算人的恶（爱不在意所受的冤屈）。for it is not self-seeking; it is not touchy or fretful or resentful; it takes no account of the evil done to it [it pays no attention to a suffered wrong].
6爱是不喜欢不公正和不公义，乃因公义和真理得胜而欢喜。6 It does not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness, but rejoices when right and truth prevail. 7爱在所发生的任何事和每件事中都能承受，总是准备相信每个人中最好的一面，爱的盼望在任何情况下都不会衰减，这盼望能经受住一切（并不会减弱）。7 Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening].
8爱是永不止息（永不褪色、永不过时、永不终止）。至于预言（解释神的旨意和目的的恩赐，即先知讲道之能），终必应验而归于无有；至于方言，终必被消灭而停止；至于知识，也终必归于无有（知识必失去其价值，被真理所取代）。8 Love never fails [never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end]. As for prophecy (the gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose), it will be fulfilled and pass away; as for tongues, they will be destroyed and cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away [it will lose its value and be superseded by truth].
13 如今常存的有信、有望、有爱（信仰-信念和尊重人与神和神圣事物关系的信念；盼望-喜乐和对永恒救赎的自信期待；爱-对神和人真正的喜爱，从神在我们里面对我们的爱中成长。）这三样；但其中最大的是爱。13 And so faith, hope, love abide [faith-conviction and belief respecting man's relation to God and divine things; hope-joyful and confident expectation of eternal salvation; love-true affection for God and man, growing out of God's love for and in us], these three; but the greatest of these is love.[5]

这是弥赛亚早期会众所活出和行出来的那种爱。亚呼赎阿我们的弥赛亚是爱的完美的榜样。祂是在肉身中爱的彰显。This is the kind of love that the early Congregation of Messiah lived and walked. YAHUSHUA our Messiah is the perfect example of Love. He was Love manifest in the Flesh.
爱是所有其他果实从中获得营养的基础或根源。爱是9种属灵果实的基础，亚呼赎阿是我们从中得到营养和力量的葡萄树。Love is the foundation or the Root of which all the other fruit receive their nourishment from . Love is the foundation of the 9 spiritual fruits and YAHUSHUA is the Vine from which we receive our nourishment and strength from.

你们若有彼此相爱的心，众人因此就认出你们是我的门徒了。35 By this shall all [men] know that you are My disciples, if you love one another [if you keep on showing love among yourselves].
约翰福音John15:12
你们要彼此相爱，像我爱你们一样；这就是我的命令。12 This is My commandment: that you love one another [just] as I have loved you.
马太福音19:19 当孝敬父母；又当爱人如己。 Matthew 19:19 19 Honor your father and your mother, and, You shall love your neighbor as [you do] yourself. [Lev. 19:18; Matt. 22:39].
利19:18不可报仇，也不可埋怨你本国的子民，却要爱人如己。我是亚哈威。;

37亚呼赎阿对他说：“你要尽心、尽性、尽意(意念、智力、思维逻辑领悟力)爱亚哈威－你的神（申6:5）。37 And He replied to him, You shall love the YAHUVEH your ELOHIM with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind (intellect). 38这是诫命中的第一，且是最大的（最重要的，最主要的）。38 This is the great (most important, principal) and first commandment. as [you do] yourself. [Lev. 19:18]. 39其次也相仿，就是要爱人如己。40这两条诫命是律法和先知（（妥拉书和先知书）一切道理的总纲。”39 And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor 40 These two commandments sum up and upon them depend all the Torah and the Prophets
申6:5你要尽心、尽性、尽力爱亚哈威－你的神；
利19:18不可报仇，也不可埋怨你本国的子民，却要爱人如己。我是亚哈威。[Deut. 6:5].

雅各书James2:8
经上记着说：“要爱人如己。”你们若全守这至尊的律法才是好的。（利19:18不可报仇，也不可埋怨你本国的子民，却要爱人如己。我是亚哈威。）8 If indeed you [really] fulfill the royal Law in accordance with the Scripture, You shall love your neighbor as [you love] yourself, you do well. [Lev. 19:18].
当我们数算俄梅珥直到沙夫幼特节的时候，祈求亚哈威神以前所未有的方式在我们的生命里显明祂的果实，来给祂的圣名带来更多的荣耀。As we count the Omer to Shavuot, ask YAHUVEH/GOD to manifest His fruit in a greater way then ever before in our lives to bring more glory to His Holy Name.
我们需要请求天父来为我们做属灵的心脏手术，因为我们的心可能会变得堵塞和刚硬。We need to ask the FATHER to do Spiritual Heart Surgery on us because our hearts can become clogged and hardened.
祷告诗篇Pray Psalm 51

51.1神亚哈威啊，求祢按祢的慈爱怜恤我！按祢丰盛的慈悲涂抹我的过犯！ Have mercy upon me, O YAH, According to Your lovingkindness; According to the multitude of Your tender mercies, Blot out my transgressions.求祢将我的罪孽洗除净尽，并洁除我的罪！ 2 Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, And cleanse me from my sin.
3因为，我知道我的过犯；我的罪常在我面前。 For I acknowledge my transgressions, And my sin is always before me. 4 我向祢犯罪，惟独得罪了祢；在祢眼前行了这恶，以致祢责备我的时候显为公义，判断我的时候显为清正。Against You, You only, have I sinned, And done this evil in Your sight— That You may be found just when You speak, And blameless when You judge.
5 我是在罪孽里生的，在我母亲怀胎的时候就有了罪。Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, And in sin my mother conceived me. 6 祢所喜爱的是内里诚实；祢在我隐密处，必使我得智慧。Behold, You desire truth in the inward parts, And in the hidden part You will make me to know wisdom.
7 求祢用牛膝草洁净我，我就干净；求祢洗涤我，我就比雪更白。Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. 求祢使我得听欢喜快乐的声音，使祢所压伤的骨头可以踊跃。8 Make me hear joy and gladness, That the bones You have broken may rejoice. 9求祢掩面不看我的罪，涂抹我一切的罪孽。 Hide Your face from my sins, And blot out all my iniquities.
10 神亚哈威啊，求祢为我造清洁的心，使我里面重新有正直（或译：坚定）的灵。Create in me a clean heart, O YAH, And renew a steadfast spirit within me. 11不要丢弃我，使我离开祢的面；不要从我收回祢的如阿克.哈.古德西。 Do not cast me away from Your presence, And do not take Your RUACH ha KODESH from me.
12 2求祢使我仍得救恩之乐，赐我乐意的灵扶持我，Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, And uphold me by Your generous Spirit. 13 我就把祢的道指教有过犯的人，罪人必归顺祢。Then I will teach transgressors Your ways, And sinners shall be converted to You.
14 神亚哈威啊，祢是拯救我的神；求祢救我脱离流人血的罪！我的舌头就高声歌唱祢的公义。Deliver me from the guilt of bloodshed, O YAH, The YAH of my salvation, And my tongue shall sing aloud of Your righteousness. 15 主亚哈威啊，求祢使我嘴唇张开，我的口便传扬赞美祢的话！O YAH, open my lips, And my mouth shall show forth Your praise. 16 祢本不喜爱祭物，若喜爱，我就献上；燔祭，祢也不喜悦。For You do not desire sacrifice, or else I would give it; You do not delight in burnt offering. 17神亚哈威所要的祭就是忧伤的灵；神亚哈威啊，忧伤痛悔的心，祢必不轻看。 The sacrifices of YAH are a broken spirit, A broken and a contrite heart— These, O YAH, You will not despise.
18求祢随祢的美意善待锡安，建造耶路撒冷的城墙。 Do good in Your good pleasure to Zion; Build the walls of Jerusalem. 19 那时，祢必喜爱公义的祭和燔祭并全牲的燔祭；那时，人必将公牛献在祢坛上。Then You shall be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, With burnt offering and whole burnt offering; Then they shall offer bulls on Your altar.
