亚哈威我们的全能神，宇宙之王，是应当称颂的，祂以亚呼赎阿.哈.玛西阿克（耶稣基督）的宝血拯救了我们，并使我们成圣，用祂的如阿克.哈.古德西（圣灵）充满我们，并命令我们数算俄梅珥。Blessed are YOU, YAHUVEH our ELOHIM, KING OF THE UNIVERSE, WHO has saved & sanctified us with YAHUSHUA'S [JESUS CHRIST] BLOOD, filled us with HIS RUACH HA KODESH [HOLY SPIRIT], and has commanded us to count the omer.

今天是俄梅珥第6天。Today is the Sixth day of the Omer.

满有恩典的亚，愿祂在我们的日子里，快快差遣亚呼赎阿回到我们这里，奉亚呼赎阿的圣名，阿们！YAH the MERCIFUL ONE, may HE send YAHUSHUA to return to us quickly in our days in YAHUSHUA’S NAME, AMEN!

Everything the disciples taught were based upon YAHUSHUA and His Torah.

马太福音Matthew 5:17-20

I tell you that until heaven and earth pass away, not so much as a yud or a stroke will pass from the Torah - not until everything that must happen has happened.

19所以，无论何人废掉这诫命（mitzvot）中最小的一条，又教训人这样做，他在天国要称为最小的。但无论何人遵行这诫命，又教训人遵行，他在天国要称为大的。Mat 5:19 So whoever disobeys the least of these mitzvot and teaches others to do so will be called the least in the Kingdom of Heaven. But whoever obeys them and so teaches will be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven.20我告诉你们，你们的义若不胜于文士和法利赛人（P'rushim）的义，断不能进天国。" Mat 5:20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness is far greater than that of the Torah- teachers and P'rushim, you will certainly not enter the Kingdom of Heaven!

希伯来书Hebrews 12:6 - 14

7你们所忍受的，是神亚哈威管教你们，待你们如同待儿子。焉有儿子不被父亲管教的呢？8管教原是众子所共受的。你们若不受管教，就是私子，不是儿子了。Heb 12:7 It is for discipline that you endure; YAH deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom his father does not discipline? Heb 12:8 But if you are without discipline, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate children and not sons.

9再者，我们曾有生身的父管教我们，我们尚且敬重他，何况万灵的父亚哈威，我们岂不更当顺服祂得生吗？Heb 12:9 Furthermore, we had earthly fathers to discipline us, and we respected them; shall we not much rather be subject to the Father of spirits, and live?

10生身的父都是暂随己意管教我们；惟有万灵的父亚哈威管教我们，是要我们得益处，使我们在祂的圣洁上有分。Heb 12:10 For they disciplined us for a short time as seemed best to them, but He disciplines us for our good, so that we may share His holiness.

11凡管教的事，当时不觉得快乐，反觉得愁苦；后来却为那经练过的人结出平安的果子，就是义。Heb 12:11 All discipline for the moment seems not to be joyful, but sorrowful; yet to those who have been trained by it, afterwards it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness.

12所以，你们要把下垂的手、发酸的腿挺起来；13也要为自己的脚，把道路修直了，使瘸子不致歪脚（或译：差路），反得痊愈。Heb 12:12 Therefore, strengthen the hands that are weak and the knees that are feeble,

Heb 12:13 and make straight paths for your feet, so that the limb which is lame may not be put out of joint, but rather be healed.

14你们要追求与众人和睦，并要追求圣洁；非圣洁没有人能见主亚哈威。Heb 12:14 Pursue peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no one will see ELOHIM.

祷告Prayer:

诗篇Psalm 51:7-13

求祢用牛膝草洁净我，我就干净；求祢洗涤我，我就比雪更白。Purify me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.求祢使我得听欢喜快乐的声音，使祢所压伤的骨头可以踊跃。 求祢掩面不看我的罪，涂抹我一切的罪孽。Make me to hear joy and gladness, Let the bones which You have broken rejoice. Hide Your face from my sins And blot out all my iniquities.

神亚哈威啊，求祢为我造清洁的心，使我里面重新有正直（或译：坚定）的灵。Create in me a clean heart, O YAH, And renew a steadfast spirit within me. 不要丢弃我，使我离开祢的面；不要从我收回祢的如阿克.哈.古德西。Do not cast me away from Your presence And do not take Your Holy RUACH/Spirit from me. 求祢使我仍得救恩之乐，赐我乐意的灵扶持我，13我就把祢的道指教有过犯的人，罪人必归顺祢。

Restore to me the joy of Your salvation And sustain me with a willing spirit. Then I will teach transgressors Your ways, And sinners will be converted to You.

申命记Deuteronomy 28

顺服之人必蒙福Blessings on Obedience

1"你若留意听从亚哈威－你神的话，谨守遵行祂的一切诫命，就是我今日所吩咐你的，祂必使你超乎天下万民之上。28 “Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of ELOHIM your GOD, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that ELOHIM your GOD will set you high above all nations of the earth. 2你若听从亚哈威－你神的话，这以下的福必追随你，临到你身上：2 And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of ELOHIM your GOD:

3你在城里必蒙福，在田间也必蒙福。4你身所生的，地所产的，牲畜所下的，以及牛犊、羊羔，都必蒙福。3 “Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country.

4 “Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks.

5你的筐子和你的抟面盆都必蒙福。6你出也蒙福，入也蒙福。5 “Blessed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl.

6 “Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out.

7"仇敌起来攻击你，亚哈威必使他们在你面前被你杀败；他们从一条路来攻击你，必从七条路逃跑。7 “ELOHIM will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways.

9你若谨守亚哈威－你神的诫命，遵行祂的道，祂必照着向你所起的誓立你作为自己的圣民。9 “YAH will establish you as a holy people to Himself, just as He has sworn to you, if you keep the commandments of ELOHIM your GOD and walk in His ways. 10天下万民见你归在亚哈威的名下，就要惧怕你。10 Then all peoples of the earth shall see that you are called by the name of ELOHIM, and they shall be afraid of you. 11你在亚哈威向你列祖起誓应许赐你的地上，祂必使你身所生的，牲畜所下的，地所产的，都绰绰有余。11 And ELOHIM will grant you plenty of goods, in the fruit of your body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your ground, in the land of which ELOHIM swore to your fathers to give you. 12亚哈威必为你开天上的府库，按时降雨在你的地上。在你手里所办的一切事上赐福与你。你必借给许多国民，却不致向他们借贷。12 ELOHIM will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. 13-14你若听从亚哈威－你神的诫命，就是我今日所吩咐你的，谨守遵行，不偏左右，也不随从事奉别神，亚哈威就必使你作首不作尾，但居上不居下。"13 And ELOHIM will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of ELOHIM your GOD, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them. 14 So you shall not turn aside from any of the words which I command you this day, to the right or the left, to go after other gods to serve them.

悖逆之人必受咒诅Curses on Disobedience

15"你若不听从亚哈威－你神的话，不谨守遵行祂的一切诫命律例，就是我今日所吩咐你的，这以下的咒诅都必追随你，临到你身上：15 “But it shall come to pass, if you do not obey the voice of ELOHIM your GOD, to observe carefully all His commandments and His statutes which I command you today, that all these curses will come upon you and overtake you:

16你在城里必受咒诅，在田间也必受咒诅。17你的筐子和你的抟面盆都必受咒诅。16 “Cursed shall you be in the city, and cursed shall you be in the country.17 “Cursed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl.

18你身所生的，地所产的，以及牛犊、羊羔，都必受咒诅。18 “Cursed shall be the fruit of your body and the produce of your land, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks.

19你出也受咒诅，入也受咒诅。19 “Cursed shall you be when you come in, and cursed shall you be when you go out.

20亚哈威因你行恶离弃祂，必在你手里所办的一切事上，使咒诅、扰乱、责罚临到你，直到你被毁灭，速速地灭亡。20 “ELOHIM will send on you cursing, confusion, and rebuke in all that you set your hand to do, until you are destroyed and until you perish quickly, because of the wickedness of your doings in which you have forsaken Me. 

21亚哈威必使瘟疫贴在你身上，直到祂将你从所进去得为业的地上灭绝。21 ELOHIM will make the plague cling to you until He has consumed you from the land which you are going to possess. 22亚哈威要用痨病、热病、火症、疟疾、刀剑、旱风（或译：干旱）、霉烂攻击你。这都要追赶你，直到你灭亡。22 ELOHIM will strike you with consumption, with fever, with inflammation, with severe burning fever, with the sword, with scorching, and with mildew; they shall pursue you until you perish. 23你头上的天要变为铜，脚下的地要变为铁。24亚哈威要使那降在你地上的雨变为尘沙，从天临在你身上，直到你灭亡。23 And your heavens which are over your head shall be bronze, and the earth which is under you shall be iron. 24 ELOHIM will change the rain of your land to powder and dust; from the heaven it shall come down on you until you are destroyed.

25"亚哈威必使你败在仇敌面前，你从一条路去攻击他们，必从七条路逃跑。你必在天下万国中抛来抛去。25 “ELOHIM will cause you to be defeated before your enemies; you shall go out one way against them and flee seven ways before them; and you shall become troublesome to all the kingdoms of the earth. 26你的尸首必给空中的飞鸟和地上的走兽作食物，并无人哄赶。27亚哈威必用埃及人的疮并痔疮、牛皮癣与疥攻击你，使你不能医治。26 Your carcasses shall be food for all the birds of the air and the beasts of the earth, and no one shall frighten themaway. 27 ELOHIM will strike you with the boils of Egypt, with tumors, with the scab, and with the itch, from which you cannot be healed. 28亚哈威必用癫狂、眼瞎、心惊攻击你。28 ELOHIM will strike you with madness and blindness and confusion of heart. 29你必在午间摸索，好像瞎子在暗中摸索一样。你所行的必不亨通，时常遭遇欺压、抢夺，无人搭救。29 And you shall grope at noonday, as a blind man gropes in darkness; you shall not prosper in your ways; you shall be only oppressed and plundered continually, and no one shall save you.

30你聘定了妻，别人必与她同房；你建造房屋，不得住在其内；你栽种葡萄园，也不得用其中的果子。30 “You shall betroth a wife, but another man shall lie with her; you shall build a house, but you shall not dwell in it; you shall plant a vineyard, but shall not gather its grapes. 31你的牛在你眼前宰了，你必不得吃它的肉；你的驴在你眼前被抢夺，不得归还；你的羊归了仇敌，无人搭救。31 Your ox shall be slaughtered before your eyes, but you shall not eat of it; your donkey shall be violently taken away from before you, and shall not be restored to you; your sheep shall be given to your enemies, and you shall have no one to rescue them. 32你的儿女必归与别国的民；你的眼目终日切望，甚至失明，你手中无力拯救。32 Your sons and your daughters shall be given to another people, and your eyes shall look and fail with longing for them all day long; and there shall be no strength in your hand. 33你的土产和你劳碌得来的，必被你所不认识的国民吃尽。你时常被欺负，受压制，33 A nation whom you have not known shall eat the fruit of your land and the produce of your labor, and you shall be only oppressed and crushed continually. 34甚至你因眼中所看见的，必致疯狂。35亚哈威必攻击你，使你膝上腿上，从脚掌到头顶，长毒疮无法医治。34 So you shall be driven mad because of the sight which your eyes see. 35 ELOHIM will strike you in the knees and on the legs with severe boils which cannot be healed, and from the sole of your foot to the top of your head.

36"亚哈威必将你和你所立的王领到你和你列祖素不认识的国去；在那里你必事奉木头石头的神。36 “ELOHIM will bring you and the king whom you set over you to a nation which neither you nor your fathers have known, and there you shall serve other gods—wood and stone. 37你在亚哈威领你到的各国中，要令人惊骇、笑谈、讥诮。38你带到田间的种子虽多，收进来的却少，因为被蝗虫吃了。37 And you shall become an astonishment, a proverb, and a byword among all nations where ELOHIM will drive you.

38 “You shall carry much seed out to the field but gather little in, for the locust shall consume it. 39你栽种、修理葡萄园，却不得收葡萄，也不得喝葡萄酒，因为被虫子吃了。39 You shall plant vineyards and tend them, but you shall neither drink of the wine nor gather the grapes; for the worms shall eat them. 40你全境有橄榄树，却不得其油抹身，因为树上的橄榄不熟自落了。41你生儿养女，却不算是你的，因为必被掳去。40 You shall have olive trees throughout all your territory, but you shall not anoint yourself with the oil; for your olives shall drop off. 41 You shall beget sons and daughters, but they shall not be yours; for they shall go into captivity.

42你所有的树木和你地里的出产必被蝗虫所吃。42 Locusts shall consume all your trees and the produce of your land.

43在你中间寄居的，必渐渐上升，比你高而又高；你必渐渐下降，低而又低。44他必借给你，你却不能借给他；他必作首，你必作尾。

43 “The alien who is among you shall rise higher and higher above you, and you shall come down lower and lower. 44 He shall lend to you, but you shall not lend to him; he shall be the head, and you shall be the tail.

45这一切咒诅必追随你，赶上你，直到你灭亡；因为你不听从亚哈威－你神的话，不遵守祂所吩咐的诫命律例。 45 “Moreover all these curses shall come upon you and pursue and overtake you, until you are destroyed, because you did not obey the voice of ELOHIM your GOD, to keep His commandments and His statutes which He commanded you. 46这些咒诅必在你和你后裔的身上成为异迹奇事，直到永远！46 And they shall be upon you for a sign and a wonder, and on your descendants forever.

47"因为你富有的时候，不欢心乐意地事奉亚哈威－你的神，48所以你必在饥饿、干渴、赤露、缺乏之中事奉亚哈威所打发来攻击你的仇敌。他必把铁轭加在你的颈项上，直到将你灭绝。47 “Because you did not serve ELOHIM your GOD with joy and gladness of heart, for the abundance of everything, 48 therefore you shall serve your enemies, whom ELOHIM will send against you, in hunger, in thirst, in nakedness, and in need of everything; and He will put a yoke of iron on your neck until He has destroyed you. 49"亚哈威要从远方、地极带一国的民，如鹰飞来攻击你。这民的言语，你不懂得。50这民的面貌凶恶，不顾恤年老的，也不恩待年少的。49 ELOHIM will bring a nation against you from afar, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flies, a nation whose language you will not understand, 50 a nation of fierce countenance, which does not respect the elderly nor show favor to the young. 

51他们必吃你牲畜所下的和你地土所产的，直到你灭亡。你的五谷、新酒，和油，以及牛犊、羊羔，都不给你留下，直到将你灭绝。 51 And they shall eat the increase of your livestock and the produce of your land, until you are destroyed; they shall not leave you grain or new wine or oil, or the increase of your cattle or the offspring of your flocks, until they have destroyed you.

52他们必将你困在你各城里，直到你所倚靠、高大坚固的城墙都被攻塌。他们必将你困在亚哈威－你神所赐你遍地的各城里。52 “They shall besiege you at all your gates until your high and fortified walls, in which you trust, come down throughout all your land; and they shall besiege you at all your gates throughout all your land which ELOHIM your GOD has given you. 53你在仇敌围困窘迫之中，必吃你本身所生的，就是亚哈威－你神所赐给你的儿女之肉。53 You shall eat the fruit of your own body, the flesh of your sons and your daughters whom ELOHIM your GOD has given you, in the siege and desperate straits in which your enemy shall distress you. 54你们中间，柔弱娇嫩的人必恶眼看他弟兄和他怀中的妻，并他余剩的儿女；54 The sensitive and very refined man among you will be hostile toward his brother, toward the wife of his bosom, and toward the rest of his children whom he leaves behind, 55甚至在你受仇敌围困窘迫的城中，他要吃儿女的肉，不肯分一点给他的亲人，因为他一无所剩。55 so that he will not give any of them the flesh of his children whom he will eat, because he has nothing left in the siege and desperate straits in which your enemy shall distress you at all your gates. 56你们中间，柔弱娇嫩的妇人，是因娇嫩柔弱不肯把脚踏地的，必恶眼看她怀中的丈夫和她的儿女。56 The tender and delicate woman among you, who would not venture to set the sole of her foot on the ground because of her delicateness and sensitivity, will refuse[a] to the husband of her bosom, and to her son and her daughter, 57 her placenta which comes out from between her feet and her 57她两腿中间出来的婴孩与她所要生的儿女，她因缺乏一切就要在你受仇敌围困窘迫的城中将他们暗暗地吃了。children whom she bears; for she will eat them secretly for lack of everything in the siege and desperate straits in which your enemy shall distress you at all your gates.

58-59"这书上所写律法的一切话是叫你敬畏亚哈威－你神可荣可畏的名。58 “If you do not carefully observe all the words of this torah that are written in this book, that you may fear this glorious and awesome name, YAHUVEH YOUR GOD,你若不谨守遵行，亚哈威就必将奇灾，就是至大至长的灾，至重至久的病，加在你和你后裔的身上， 59 then ELOHIM will bring upon you and your descendants extraordinary plagues—great and prolonged plagues—and serious and prolonged sicknesses. 60也必使你所惧怕、埃及人的病都临到你，贴在你身上，61又必将没有写在这律法书上的各样疾病、灾殃降在你身上，直到你灭亡。60 Moreover He will bring back on you all the diseases of Egypt, of which you were afraid, and they shall cling to you. 61 Also every sickness and every plague, which is not written in this Book of the torah, will ELOHIM bring upon you until you are destroyed. 62你们先前虽然像天上的星那样多，却因不听从亚哈威－你神的话，所剩的人数就稀少了。62 You shall be left few in number, whereas you were as the stars of heaven in multitude, because you would not obey the voice of ELOHIM your GOD.  63先前亚哈威怎样喜悦善待你们，使你们众多，也要照样喜悦毁灭你们，使你们灭亡；并且你们从所要进去得的地上必被拔除。63 And it shall be, that just as ELOHIM rejoiced over you to do you good and multiply you, so ELOHIM will rejoice over you to destroy you and bring you to nothing; and you shall be plucked from off the land which you go to possess.

64亚哈威必使你们分散在万民中，从地这边到地那边，你必在那里事奉你和你列祖素不认识、木头石头的神。64 “Then ELOHIM will scatter you among all peoples, from one end of the earth to the other, and there you shall serve other gods, which neither you nor your fathers have known—wood and stone. 

65在那些国中，你必不得安逸，也不得落脚之地；亚哈威却使你在那里心中跳动，眼目失明，精神消耗。65 And among those nations you shall find no rest, nor shall the sole of your foot have a resting place; but there ELOHIM will give you a trembling heart, failing eyes, and anguish of soul.

 66你的性命必悬悬无定；你昼夜恐惧，自料性命难保。67你因心里所恐惧的，眼中所看见的，66 Your life shall hang in doubt before you; you shall fear day and night, and have no assurance of life. 早晨必说，巴不得到晚上才好；晚上必说，巴不得到早晨才好。67 In the morning you shall say, ‘Oh, that it were evening!’ And at evening you shall say, ‘Oh, that it were morning!’ because of the fear which terrifies your heart, and because of the sight which your eyes see.

68亚哈威必使你坐船回埃及去，走我曾告诉你不得再见的路；在那里你必卖己身与仇敌作奴婢，却无人买。"68 “And ELOHIM will take you back to Egypt in ships, by the way of which I said to you, ‘You shall never see it again.’ And there you shall be offered for sale to your enemies as male and female slaves, but no one will buy you.”
